为了“激发能动性发展，让学生成为学习的主人”，给在中国实施IB项目的老师们提供学习者社区平台，特举办第三届IB教育中国论坛，内容涵盖IB幼儿园、小学、初中、高中及教育领导力。

激发能动性——让学生成为学习的主人

2019 IBCEF-Student Agency by Design

IB倡导“以学生为中心的教育”，为了深入实现这一目标，于2018年发布了增强版PYP，强调发挥学生的能动性，并给予学生三大权利，包括发言权、选择权和主导权。通过发挥学生能动性的学习活动，让学生发挥自己的潜能，对自身的发展和社会发展，自主自发、内驱自愿地承担责任。

IB advocates “student-centered education”. In order to achieve this goal in depth, an enhanced version of PYP was released in 2018, emphasizing the initiative of students and giving students three major rights, including voice, choice and dominance. Through the use of students' active learning activities, students can realize their potential, and take responsibility for their own development and social development, spontaneously and internally.

IB是首家在全球范围倡导并落地“学生能动性发展”的教育机构。以此为核心的教育新理念将逐步贯彻并覆盖IB 3-19岁所有项目，也因此带来了，IB实施标准、教育大纲、教学法和教师培训的全面升级。

IB is the first educational institution to advocate and implement “student initiative development” on a global scale. The new concept of education as the core will gradually implement and cover all projects of IB 3-19 years old, which will bring about a comprehensive upgrade of IB implementation standards, educational programs, teaching methods and teacher training.

对此，全球IB学校已经积累了大量的实践经验，也渴望有进一步沟通和交流的机会，为了“激发能动性发展，让学生成为学习的主人”，给在中国实施IB项目的老师们提供学习者社区平台，特举办第三届IB教育中国论坛，内容涵盖IB幼儿园、小学、初中、高中及教育领导力，欢迎广大IB学校、候选学校及感兴趣学校参与。

In this regard, the global IB school has accumulated a lot of practical experience, and is also eager to have the opportunity of further communication and exchange, in order to "inspire active development, let students become masters of learning", to provide learners to teachers who implement IB projects in China. The community platform, the third IB Education China Forum, covers IB kindergartens, elementary schools, junior high schools, high schools and educational leadership. IB schools, candidate schools and interested schools are welcome to participate.

埃里克·贾巴尔博士

Eric Jabal, PhD

埃里克·贾巴尔(Eric Jabal)是国际学校协会(Council of International Schools)的学校支持和评估官员。他主要支持和访问位于东亚及东南亚区域学校申请加入CIS并参加CIS认证程序。

埃里克是加拿大人，25年前在法国的一所职业学校开始了他的教育生涯。自1995年起，他在香港三所国际学校担任中学英语教师、行政管理和体育教练。埃里克于2018年完成了弘立书院(ISF，一所双语IBMYP和IBDP世界学校)中学校长的任期。

Eric对全球公民教育、文化素质领导力和吸引学生投入的教学有着浓厚兴趣，他在文化、政策和教育研究等学科背景下从事比较教育和国际教育领域工作。

Eric在加拿大、法国和英国完成高等教育，在多伦多大学获得教育管理博士学位。

Eric Jabal is a School Support & Evaluation Officer for the Council of International Schools based in Hong Kong. He supports and visits schools, primarily in the East and South-East Asia region, applying for CIS membership and participating in the CIS accreditation process.

A Canadian citizen, Eric began his career in education 25 years ago at a lycée d'enseignement professionel in France. From 1995, he served as a secondary English teacher, administrator, and sports coach at three international schools in Hong Kong. Eric completed his tenure as Secondary Principal of The ISF Academy, a bilingual IB-MYP/DP World School, in 2018.

Eric has a passionate interest in global citizenship education, culturally competent leadership, and learning/teaching for student engagement, working in the field of comparative and international education from a disciplinary background in cultural, policy, and education studies.

Eric completed post-secondary studies in Canada, France, and the UK; and holds a doctorate in Educational Administration from OISE-University of Toronto.

赵健博士

Dr. Jian ZHAO

华东师范大学国际与比较教育研究所副研究员，硕士生导师。长期从事学习科学研究，为华东师大学习科学中心核心研究人员，主要研究领域为学习的认知与文化基础、基于技术的学习、真实性学习理论及教学设计、国际课程的比较研究。华东师范大学国际教师证书（GCIE）办公室负责人。

近十余年来，还先后担任华东师范大学基础教育与终身教育处处长、开放教育学院党总支书记，致力于基础教育合作办学和教师培训管理工作，并带领团队开发国际课程教师证书培训课程，使得华东师大成为中国大陆首个IBEC（国际文凭组织教育证书项目）大学和APSI（美国大学先修课程夏季学院项目）大学，创立了我国高等教育机构中的国际课程教师培养和培训机制。

发表中英文论文三十多篇、出版专著和译著多部。

Dr. Zhao is currently a master supervisor and an associate researcher at the Institute of International and Comparative Education of East China Normal University (ECNU). She has been engaged in the area of learning science for a long time, and has been one of the core research fellows of the Learning Sciences Center at ECNU. Her research interests include cognitive and cultural basis of learning, technology-based learning, authentic learning theory and teaching design, and comparative study of international curriculum.

Dr. ZHAO is also the Head of the Office of Graduate Certificate Program of International Education (GCIE) of the university. Over the last decade, she has also served as the Director of the Department of Schooling and Lifelong Education and the Secretary of the Party Branch of School of Open Learning and Education at ECNU. She has devoted herself in university-school partnership and teacher training in k-12 education, and has led the team to develop the university-level program of Graduate Certificate of International Education, making East China Normal University the first institute providing IBEC (International Baccalaureate Educator Certificate) and APSI (Advanced Placement Summer Institute ) courses in mainland China.

Dr. ZHAO has published more than 30 Chinese and English papers, a number of monographs and translated-works.

孔美琪博士(双语教育)

Dr. Maggie Koong

孔博士是美国注册小学教师，领导维多利亚三十年，创办逾20所幼儿园、小学及中学。现任铜锣湾维多利亚幼儿园、维多利亚(中国)教育集团总校长、香港沪江维多利亚学校总校长及香港中文大学校董、上海政协常委。

孔博士是世界幼儿教育联会(OMEP)前任世界会长、现任香港分会会长。

孔博士获香港政府颁授铜紫荆星章、委任为太平绅士。

Dr. Koong is a renowned educator and a U.S. registered primary school teacher. She has been leading Victoria for over 30 years and has established over 20 kindergartens, a primary school, and secondary school in Hong Kong and Mainland China. She is the Chief Principal of Causeway Bay Victoria Kindergarten and Victoria (China) Education Group, the Co-Founder and Head of Academy of Victoria Shanghai Academy and serves on the Council of The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Dr. Koong is the incumbent World President of the World Organization for Early Childhood Education (OMEP) and is the President of OMEP Hong Kong. She is currently a member of the Standing Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference Shanghai Committee.

Dr. Koong was awarded the Bronze Bauhinia Star and appointed Non-official Justice of Peace (JP) by the HKSAR Government.

克拉克·斯特鲁普

Mr Clark Stroupe

克拉克在IB国际文凭组织世界学校部门工作，为学校提供专业支持，协助学校推行国际文凭组织的课程，并将国际文凭组织的原则付诸实践，包括审核准备工作和审核工作。

克拉克来自美国华盛顿特区，在过去20年里，他在德国、埃及、意大利、科特迪瓦、印度、缅甸、香港、越南和印度尼西亚生活、学习和工作。自2000年以来，他一直在世界各地的国际学校工作；自2003年以来，他在五所不同的IB世界学校工作。

克拉克在过去的8年里一直担任IB教育专家，参与考官、学校访问者、书面审核、研讨会培训官、现场代表、教育领导者并培训新研讨会培训官的培训师。

Working in the IB World Schools department, Clark provides specialized support to schools regarding the implementation of IB programmes and the interpretation of IB principles into practice, including assessment readiness and evaluation. He has been working in international schools around the world since 2000, and in five different IB World schools since 2003.

Originally from Washington DC, Clark has lived, studied and worked in Germany, Egypt, Italy, Cote D’Ivoire, India, Myanmar, Hong Kong, Vietnam, and Indonesia over the past 20 years.

Clark has worked with the IB Educator Network for the past 8 years as an examiner, school visitor, reader, workshop leader, field representative, leader educator, and trainer for new workshop leaders.

Highlights: Four keynote speakers, 6 strands and 30 breakout sessions, exhibition and integrated demo classes, best practice sharing all from experienced educators.
