i+美好生活场景,从心出发……




客群主要是一些85-95后的年轻客户群体,俄罗斯方块这个游戏也是这部分人群孩童时的记忆,有较多的共鸣和认同感,设计也可以链接客群的情感记忆,俄罗斯方块概念也代表建筑小户型产品灵活多变的特性。设计元素也来源于此,将方块以高低、大小、聚散、开合等方式组合在一起,形成各种不同的空间,带来更高的辨识度和使用的可能性。

The customer group is mainly young customers after 85-95. The game Tetris is also the childhood memory of this group of people. It has a lot of resonance and identity. The design can also link the emotional memory of the customer group. The concept of Tetris also Represents the flexible and changeable characteristics of small-scale building products. The design elements are also derived from this. The blocks are combined in height, size, convergence, opening and closing to form various spaces, bringing higher recognition and possibility of use.



本案位于中山市,处于大湾区一小时交通圈内。作为广府文化、岭南水乡、慢生活的代表,文化底蕴丰厚。城市“水道纵横、江河纵横”,有岭南水乡之称。场地旁边有一条现状河涌,河涌两岸是大片的果园跟苗圃,林带长势良好,市区通往示范区需要架桥连通。这也是中山许多村落的居住场景,我们希望能延续地域丰厚特色文化。由于案场位置偏远,周边商业配套匮乏,设计希望营造有温度、有记忆感的都市生活。

This case is located in Zhongshan City, within the one-hour traffic circle of the Greater Bay Area. As a representative of Cantonese culture, Lingnan water town and slow life, it has rich cultural heritage. The city has "waterways and rivers" and is known as the Lingnan Water Town. There is a current river next to the site. There are large orchards and nurseries on both sides of the river. The forest belt is growing well. The urban area to the demonstration area needs to be connected by bridges. This is also the living scene of many villages in Zhongshan. We hope to continue the rich and characteristic culture of the region. Due to the remote location of the project site and the lack of surrounding commercial facilities, the design hopes to create an urban life with warmth and memory.






从市区到售楼处要经过一条河涌,一片果园。现场河涌驳岸有成排的果林,长势良好。中山具有水网交织,河道纵横的地貌特征,被誉为岭南的水乡城市,这条河涌也是追忆孩童时对河涌果园生活的记忆点。设计借用河涌果园的自然场景,架起一座桥,链接两岸的城市生活。

From the urban area to the sales office, there is a river and an orchard. There are rows of fruit forests on the river revetment on site, which are growing well. Zhongshan has the landform features of intertwined water network and vertical and horizontal river courses. It is known as the water town city in Lingnan. The design borrows the natural scene of the river orchard to build a bridge to link the urban life on both sides of the river.






商业街呈带状的空间关系,商业广场进深仅4.6米,完全没有营销活动的空间,不利于商业氛围的营造与后续运营。设计借用了部分市政车行道,延展了商业展示界面,这样商铺到围板就有20米的空间尺度,满足了商铺的销售与营销活动的需求。

The commercial street has a strip-shaped spatial relationship, and the commercial plaza is only 4.6 meters deep. There is no space for marketing activities at all, which is not conducive to the creation of a commercial atmosphere and subsequent operations. The design borrows part of the municipal roadway and extends the commercial display interface, so that the shop has a space scale of 20 meters from the hoarding, which meets the needs of the shop's sales and marketing activities.


俄罗斯方块的元素组合运用到地面图案、树钵、模块座椅等位置,并选用橙色为主调,增加街区时尚活力氛围。






光配合着建筑,使其变得纯洁,光随着时间的变化以一种最基本的方式表达着人与自然的关系——安藤忠雄

后场庭院,找寻在地文化属性,打造一座光影斑驳的岭南水院,在进入后场营造轻松闲适的第一印象,中庭与样板房所在楼栋的归心架空层相连,中庭观景,架空层内活动和休息,围绕半圈的廊架为主要通行空间,内外功能视线互补,打破边界,形成一个整体。

The backyard courtyard, looking for the local cultural attributes, creates a Lingnan water courtyard with mottled light and shadow, creating a relaxed and relaxed first impression when entering the backyard. The atrium is connected to the central overhead floor of the building where the model house is located. For internal activities and rest, the corridor frame around the half circle is the main passage space. The internal and external functional sight lines complement each other, breaking the boundary and forming a whole.



庭院静静的等待光的到来。


叠水的形式延续了俄罗斯方块层叠变化的概念。


时刻变化的光影方块,漏窗的光影落在墙面上犹如一个个变化的方块,随着时间不断推移变化。从不同角度看过去都能产生不同的画面。





N代儿童活动场地迭代后,依然看到是:

年轻的爸妈在刷手机,爷爷奶奶在守候,小孩自己在玩耍……

小孩是不是一定需要明艳的色彩 ?

小孩是不是一定需要个卡通的IP ?

家长怎么办 ?


麦垦团队在与儿童教育专家交流过程中得到一个结论:深度互动是效率最高的看护,孩子们要与家长一起玩耍、互动才是最好的社交方式与陪护;儿童对IP也是有审美的,太过卡通、低龄的器械看久了也就没有新鲜感,抽象的设计可能更能引起儿童的好奇心以及培养儿童的审美。

Does a child necessarily need bright colors?

Do children definitely need a cartoon IP?

What should parents do?

The McKenne team came to a conclusion in the process of communicating with children's education experts: deep interaction is the most efficient care, and children must play and interact with their parents is the best way to socialize and accompany them; children also have aesthetics for IP. Too cartoony and young equipment will not feel fresh after watching it for a long time. Abstract design may more arouse children's curiosity and cultivate children's aesthetics.



设计师以俄罗斯方块十五种不同组合方式营造了不同的互动玩法。空间流线以藏、引、停、动、静五个递进关系来穿插组织,丰富对空间的使用体验。场景中有儿童活动、亲子互动、青年健身、办公看护、日光浴、放空疗愈、中老年健身等活动区。

The designer created different interactive gameplays with fifteen different combinations of Tetris. The spatial streamline is interspersed and organized with five progressive relationships of hiding, leading, stopping, moving and static, enriching the experience of using the space. In the scene, there are children's activities, parent-child interaction, youth fitness, office care, sunbathing, empty healing, middle-aged and elderly fitness and other activity areas.


轻质的器械与大树融合,体验人与自然的互动......



场地配色选用莫兰迪色系色调,相比较饱和度较高儿童活动场地,莫兰迪色调更有亲和力,给人一种柔和优雅的感受,构架则选用橙色为主调,凸显青春的朝气与活力。

The venue color matching uses Morandi tones. Compared with children's activity venues with high saturation, Morandi's tones are more friendly, giving people a soft and elegant feeling. vitality.



小伙伴们为什么都想登上二层观景台?勇敢的登上高处,眺望远方。与自然互动、拍照、触摸大树的枝叶,感受大自然的肌理。阳光洒下来与大自然充分接触……

竞赛,是游戏的趣味性的核心,跟奶奶一起进行滑滑梯比赛。


大树下的剧场,有高差的地方最容易聚集人。

低幼儿童更适合在临近游乐场的架空层,做一块清洁度高的场地。

室内家庭乐园为业主展示交付以后的生活场景,跟光影水院连通,空间及视线上相互借景,内部设置四点半课堂、营造了孩子与孩子、孩子与家长的社交空间。

The indoor family park displays the life scene after delivery for the owner. It is connected to the light and shadow water courtyard. The space and sight line borrow scenery from each other. The interior is set up with a 4:30 classroom, creating a social space between children and children, children and parents.


登高面作为家庭游戏场的延伸,从地面铺装到软装树池都延续俄罗斯方块的组合方式,也是方块游戏场很重要的环节。

俄罗斯方块中提炼的各种模块,可以更好的组织各种空间和设施,附加更多变的功能,丰富玩法。模块的形态也更利于后期施工,减少施工难度、减少加工周期。


设计团队给家庭生活乐园做了一个排序:

1、活动应用场景一定是可玩度安全性优先的原则,首先是好玩,聚人气。

2、器械的造型简洁、持久、耐用的原则。坚持长期主义,项目本身成本不高,不允许我们做过度设计,在设计中我们减少了不必要的造型,合理利用成本设计。

3、IP形象—去IP化,只可能在场景必要主题必要造价充裕的少数情况下启用,IP形象很容易过时且成本较高。

4、色彩系统—不要出现太多色彩搭配,设计采用了莫兰迪色系的搭配方式,优雅低饱和度。

麦垦认为:设计最大价值是提供有温度、有记忆、有产生共鸣、有情感链接的社交空间。设计应该精准定位打造适合业主的场景,让景观被需要、被尊重,在满足使用者的需求情况下提高设计溢价值,是我们需要解决的问题。

The design team made a sequence for the family life paradise:

1. Active application scenarios must be based on the principle of playability and safety. First of all, it is fun and popular.

2. The shape of the equipment is simple, durable and durable. Adhere to long-termism, the cost of the project itself is not high, and we are not allowed to do excessive design. In the design, we reduce unnecessary shapes and make reasonable use of cost design.

3. IP image - de-IP, it can only be enabled in a few cases where the necessary themes of the scene have sufficient cost, the IP image is easily outdated and the cost is high.

4. Color system - don't show too many color matching, the design adopts the matching method of Morandi color system, which is elegant and low-saturation.

The designer created different interactive gameplays with fifteen different combinations of Tetris. McCann believes that the greatest value of design is to provide a social space with warmth, memory, resonance and emotional connection. The design should be precisely positioned to create a scene suitable for the owner, so that the landscape needs to be respected, and improving the design premium while meeting the needs of the user is a problem we need to solve.
