本文从纳米医学的角度,讨论了最新最具潜力的纳米材料载体是如何克服了CRISPR-Cas9技术面临的一些长期挑战性问题,以及如何进一步解决目前仍然存在的障碍。同时,展望了纳米医学在CRISPR-Cas9技术疗法临床转化中的应用前景和发展方向。
