  交通Transport

航空：浙江现有杭州萧山、宁波栎社、温州龙湾、舟山普陀山、台州路桥、义乌、衢州7个民航机场。另有2个通用机场，6个直升机起降点。2015年浙江省航班起降38.82万架次，旅客吞吐量4521万人次，货邮吞吐量58.7万吨。分别比上年增长7.80%、9.43%、5.03%，增幅高于全国平均增长水平。杭州萧山国际机场旅客吞吐量2835万人次，货邮吞吐量42.49万吨，初现区域性国际航空枢纽机场雏形。温州机场旅客吞吐量首次突破700万人次，迈上了新的台阶。

Aviation: There are 7 civil airports (Xiaoshan airport in Hangzhou, Lishe airport in Ningbo, Longwan airport in Wenzhou, Putuoshan airport in Zhoushan, Luqiao airport in Taizhou, Yiwu airport and Quzhou airport), 2 general airports and 6 helicopter landing sites. The airports together have 388,200 takeoffs and landings in 2015. Throughput of passengers hits 45.21 million person-times, throughput of cargo and mail hits 587,000 tons, with an increase respectively 7.80%、9.43%, 5.03%, higher than the national average. The throughput of passengers and cargo of Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport hits respectively 28.35 million person-times and 424,900 tons thus forming prototype of a regional international aviation hub. The passenger throughput of Wenzhou Airport exceeded 7 million passengers for the first time, reaching a new level.

公路：覆盖浙江省、连通长三角、辐射全国的集疏运体系得到进一步完善，贯通浙江11个地市的高速公路大环网全面形成。截至2015年底，浙江省公路通车总里程11.8万公里，公路密度为115.93公里/百平方公里，其中高速公路3917公里，一级公路6018公里，二级公路10041公里。

Highway: A distribution and transportation system that extends in all directions nationwide has been enhanced, while a big network connecting 11 municipalities has taken shape.  To the end of 2015 the operating length (country road included) totals 118,000 km, with a road density of 115.93 km/100 square kilometers, counting3,917 km of expressway (connects all the 11 municipalities), 6,018 km of Grade I highway, and 10,041 km of Grade II highway.

铁路：浙江省已有沪杭、浙赣、宣杭、杭甬、宁杭、杭长等多条高速铁路和普通铁路。浙江省拥有铁路营业里程2537公里，其中高铁1174.8公里，全年完成客运量1.47亿人，货运量3304万吨。

Railway: Zhejiang has a lot of high-speed railway and and  general railroad like Shanghai-Hangzhou, Zhejiang-Jiangxi, Xuancheng-Hangzhou, Hangzhou-Ningbo, Nanjing-Hangzhou,Hangzhou-Changsha. The province has a railway mileage of 2537 kilometers in whichhigh-speed railwayaccounts for 1174.8kilometers. In 2015, 147million passengers travel by train and 33.04million tons of cargo is transported.

水运：全省内河航道通航总里程9769公里，内河港口泊位3388个，沿海港口泊位1109个，其中万吨级泊位219个（不含洋山港区）。拥有宁波-舟山、温州、台州、嘉兴等四大港口，2015年沿海港口完成货物吞吐总量10.99亿吨。宁波-舟山港是中国四大国际中转港之一，可停靠45万吨级货轮，2015年货物吞吐量达到8.89亿吨，继续居世界首位。宁波-舟山港拥有30万吨级及以上泊位已达7个，分别为大榭港区的45万吨级实华原油泊位1个、大榭港区大榭中油30万吨级原油泊位1个、舟山定海港区中化兴中30万吨级原油泊位1个、舟山老塘山港区实华册子30万吨级原油泊位1个、舟山泗礁港区马迹山30万吨级矿石码头泊位2个以及2015年新建成的舟山衢山港区衢黄港口开发30万吨矿石码头泊位1个。

Water Transport:The navigable length of inland waterway is 9,769 km. There are 3,388inland harbor berths and 1109 seaport berths, among which 219 each reaching 10 thousand tonnages (not including Yangshan Port). The throughput of coastal ports Ningbo-Zhoushan port, together with Wenzhou, Taizhou and Jiaxing totals1.099 billion tons in 2015. The 450,000-tonnage Ningbo-Zhoushan port is listed as one of the four largest international transit ports in China. In 2015, its freight throughput is889 million tons, it continues to be the top among seaports worldwide. Ningbo-Zhoushan port boasts7 berths of 300,000 tonnage super oil tanker they’re Shihua 450,000-ton crude oil berth of Daxie Port，Daxie CNPC 300,000-tonnage crude oil berth of Daxie Port,, Sinochem Xingzhong 300,000-tonnage crude oil berth of Zhoushan Dinghai Port,, Cezi 300,000-tonnage crude oil berth of Zhoushan Lao Tangshan Port, 2 berths of  Majishan 300,000-tonnage ore terminal of Zhoushan Siqiao Port and the 2015 newly built Quhuang 300,000-tonnage ore terminal of  Zhoushan Qushan Port.

         环境保护Environmental Protection

浙江省生态环境质量继续保持中国大陆各省市自治区前列。设区市日空气质量达标天数平均为78.2%，地表水环境质量达到或优于三类的为72.9%。森林覆盖率60.89％。积极开展“五水共治”、“四边三化”等行动，生态文明建设成效明显。

The Province’s environmental quality is in the leading position among all the provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in the Mainland China. The number of days which reached standard rate of urban air quality is 78.2%,the water standard rate is 72.9%and the forest coverage is 60.89%. Campaign of “ Five water treatment’ namely the treatment of the sewage, flood, waterlogging, water supply and water saving and “Environment Optimization” are being carried actively gaining a significant effect of ecological civilization construction.

  电力Electricity

浙江省发电装机容量约8158万千瓦，其中6000千瓦及以上发电装机容量7659万千瓦。2015年净增机组容量746万千瓦。秦山核电站一、二、三期机组总容量达657.4万千瓦，其中，秦山核电站一期是我国第一座自行设计和建造的核电站。

The installed capacity of electric power totals 81.58 million kw, among which 76.59 million kw is generated from 6,000 kw-and-above generators. In 2015, the installed capacity of the newly built generator is7.46 million kw. The first three phases of Qinshan Nuclear Station has the total capacity of 6.574 million kw of which the first phase is the first station designed and built by Chinese.

       通信Communications

2015年末本地电话交换机容量1133万门，移动电话交换机容量11424万户。固定电话用户1500万户，移动电话用户7466万户，固定互联网宽带接入用户1316万户，移动互联网用户5430万户。行政村通电话率达100%，宽带通达率100%。有航空、公路等多种运输手段综合配套的快速邮运网，杭州、宁波、温州、义乌已建立了国际邮件互换局。杭州邮件处理枢纽中心自动化水平居中国大陆各省市自治区领先地位。杭州、金华（义乌）两大城市排名全国十大快递城市。

The total capacity of line telephone switchboard in Zhejiang reaches 11.33 million and mobile phone switchboard totals 114.24million by the end of 2015. There are 15 million line telephone subscribers,74.66million mobile phone subscribers, 13.16 million fixed internet subscribers and 54.3 million mobile Internet subscribers by the end of 2015. Each administrative village in the province has access to the telephone and 100% broadband networks coverage. An express mail delivery network incorporating airline and highway has been completed. There are International Mail Exchange Stations in Hangzhou、Ningbo、 Wenzhou and Yiwu. Hangzhou Mail Processing Hub’s automation level is in the leading place in China. Hangzhou and Jinhua-Yiwu rank among the top 10 cities in terms of express mailing service.
