Wellington College China celebrates its 2020 accolades
As the first term of the 2020-21 academic year draws to a close and we look ahead to the coming winter and Chinese New Year holidays, we would like to reflect on the challenges we have all encountered this year. But despite these challenges, we are proud to say that Wellington College China has many remarkable achievements to be proud of as well.

In 2011, Wellington College Tianjin was the first school established by Wellington College China and the first-ever Wellington College overseas. Today, Wellington College Tianjin is home to Wellington College International Tianjin, Wellington College Bilingual Tianjin A Level Centre and Wellington College Bilingual Tianjin Nursery.
Wellington College International Shanghai opened in August 2014. Six years later, the College enjoys a sterling reputation as one of the highest achieving international schools in China.
Wellington College International Hangzhou opened in 2018, offering a world-class holistic education programme for international pupils aged 2-18.

Huili School and Huili Nursery Shanghai's commitment to excellence in education has made them the school of choice for families in Shanghai. In its second year’s operation, Huili School Hangzhou was accredited as a member of the Council of British International Schools (COBIS), with 'excellent' ratings in all categories, scoring 25% higher than the passing standard.
In 2019, the Huili brand announced its plans to establish campuses in Jiashan and Nantong. These are key areas of integrated development in the Yangtze River Delta and Greater Shanghai Area. Both are set to open in 2022. Meanwhile, preliminary plans to expand our Huili brand overseas are also in the works.
