One morning he bought a newspaper and got on the bus as usual. He took a seat beside a window. He turned his newspaper to the sports page. There was a piece of news about a football match. It said the American team won. Tom was so excited that he forgot to get off the bus. He didn’t know it until he saw the sea outside the window.
