校医院实行非急诊全面

预约挂号的通知

根据市委市政府的工作部署，为落实四方责任，加强医院感染防控，切断疫情传播途径，保障人民群众健康安全，防控疫情期间我市二级以上医院须实行非急诊全面预约。我院决定在2020年2月16日始实行非急诊全面预约挂号，除急诊、发热门诊外，一律取消现场挂号。患者实行网络、电话预约挂号。

患者可以通过下列方式预约挂号：

1.   后勤综合服务平台预约挂号

电话：在工作时间通过拨打后勤93001呼叫中心电话[phone]）由人工客服进行预约、取消。

微信：全天通过“清华后勤”微信公众号自助预约、取消。

网站：全天通过后勤综合服务网站http://pt.tsinghua.edu.cn自助预约、取消。

预约的患者需在预约时点到校医院门诊挂号，然后到相关科室分诊台分诊就医，就诊结束后到门诊收费处缴费，再进行检查或取药。

2. 支付宝、校医院微信预约挂号

通过支付宝、校医院微信挂号的患者，可直接去相关科室分诊台分诊就医，就诊结束通过手机缴费后到相关科室检查或药房取药。

如无法按时就诊，可通过支付宝平台或校医院微信取消预约。

Hospital Notice

In accordance with regulations issued by the related government authorities and the Beijing Municipality Government, in order to greater support epidemic prevention and control efforts and ensure the health and safety of the community, second tier hospitals in Beijing will implement an appointment system for non-emergency treatment. Starting From 16 February 2020, the Tsinghua University hospital will only be accepting patients who have made an appointment in advance, and will be temporarily suspending all drop-in services, apart from the emergency department and fever clinic.

How to make an advance appointment: 

Appointments can be made via:

1. The Tsinghua logistics integrated service platform

- Telephone: call the logistics 93001 call center (62793001) for reservation and cancellation during working hours.

- WeChat: Reservation and cancellation can be done on the Tsinghua logistics account 24 hours a day (Chinese language only).

- Website: Reservation and cancellation can be made 24 hours a day through the logistics service website http://pt.tsinghua.edu.cn (Chinese language only)

Patients who make an appointment need to register in the outpatient department of the university hospital at the time of appointment, and then proceed to the triage table of relevant departments. After the medical consultation, the patient will pay at the outpatient counter, and then go for a medical check-up or collect their prescription medicine.

2. Alipay, University hospital WeChat appointment registration

Patients who make an appointment via Alipay or the university hospital WeChat account can go directly to the relevant departments for triage to see the doctor. After the medical consultation, the fee can be paid via Alipay or WeChat account. They can then go for their medical check-up or collect their prescription medicine.

Appointments can be cancelled via the Alipay platform or university hospital WeChat account.
