Announcement on List of Financial Leasing Enterprises 

with Suspected “Missing” in Shenzhen

In accordance with requirements stated in the Letter by the General Office of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission Regarding Strengthening the Report of Supervisory Contacts and Information of Six Types of Institutions Including Small-loan Companies (No. 1952 [2018] of the General Office of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission), the bureau carried out risk inspections of financial leasing companies, and 830 enterprises were found to be suspected “missing” during the inspections (for details please refer to the attachment). Such inspections were conducted for the purpose of promptly finding out and properly dealing with the risks of financial leasing companies, as well as strengthening supervision of the industry and promoting the steady development of industry specifications.

In order to effectively impel the clean-up and standardization of the financial leasing industry in Shenzhen, the list of the financial leasing companies that are suspected of being "missing" is hereby announced. The duration of the announcement is from February 20, 2020 to March 20, 2020. Listed enterprises shall contact the bureau during the aforementioned time. After the rectification subject to supervision requirements was completed, the enterprise can be removed from the List of Financial Leasing Enterprises with Suspected “Missing”. For those enterprises failed to contact the bureau during the effective time, we will undertake necessary measures according to relevant regulations.
