仙桃郑场豆豉
Zhengchang Fermented Soya Beans from Xiantao
湖北仙桃郑场的人们一直保持着制作豆豉的传统,迄今已有六百多年的历史。仙桃郑场豆豉采用江汉平原六月就能收获的“六月曝”富硒黄豆为原料,黄豆颗粒饱满,质量优良,生产出的豆豉天然富硒,富含蛋白质,具有抗癌、抗氧化、增强人体免疫力的多种功能。
The tradition of making fermented soya beans in Zhengchang, Xiantao, Hubei has endured for more than 600 years. The fermented soya beans are made from a particular soybean called "Liuyuepu" which is a native variety in the Jianghan Plain region and can be harvested as early as in June every year. The soy beans are selenium-rich, full and plump in shape and good in quality. As a result, the fermented soya beans made of them are naturally rich in selenium and protein, offering health benefits such as cancer and oxidation resistance, immune system enhancement, etc.
