大赛规则

Rules and Schedule:

1. 中国国内单位或个人投送的入选视频在bilibili(账号：汉语考试HSK)平台进行为期15天展示播放，推送单位或个人可自行推广、转发，点赞投票于6月30号截至。

Selected videos from domestic channels will be displayed and open for online voting on bilibili (ACCOUNT: 汉语考试HSK) for 15 days, and the video recommenders are free to promote and forward these videos by themselves. Voting will close on June 30, 2022.

2. 海外单位或个人投送的入选视频在Youtube(账号：HSK Official)平台进行为期15天展示播放，推送单位或个人可自行推广、转发，点赞投票于6月30号截至。

Selected videos from overseas channels will be displayed and open for online voting on Youtube (ACCOUNT: HSK Official) for 15 days, and the video recommenders are free to promote and forward these videos by themselves. Voting will close on June 30, 2022.

3. 本次入选视频将在6月30日-7月15日由相关专家进行评定。

Videos participating in the Online Voting will also be reviewed by experts during the period of June 30 to July 15, 2022. At the end of July, the results of Online Voting (50%) and Expert Evaluation (50%) will be combined to determine each award. 

4. 中国国内赛区和海外赛区分别设置一至三等奖和优秀组织奖若干，分别向获奖人员发放证书和奖品，向视频推送单位发放优秀组织奖证书。

The First to Third Prizes and Outstanding Organization Awards will be set for videos from domestic and overseas channels. Certificates and awards will be issued to the winners, and certificates of Outstanding Organization Awards will be issued to the video recommenders.
