然而，就在前些天，美国司法部正式启动对华为的司法调查。

中美贸易战，狼烟再起...

手腕滔天的美国财团

  美国两大政党代表、警界、军界、商界100多名议员，在这场制裁华为中兴的听证会上，无一人表示反对。

   没有扯皮，没有妥协。

   全票通过，竭力支持。

   这在以低效闻名的美国国会会议上简直不可思议！

   那么，到底是什么力量让他们抛弃成见，上下一心搞中国？

   答案只有一个——财团！

   在今天，美国财团手中握有的财富总值占据了美国经济的99%，就连美国人自己都承认：“在美国，所有人都是财团的员工，包括总统！”

   而就在这次会议上，作为发言的关键人物，他们背后无不藏着美国财团的身影！他们在控制美国！

马克沃纳——波士顿财团的木偶

   马克沃纳，曾任弗吉尼亚州州长，波士顿财团旗下的代言人之一。

在担任州长期间，受波士顿财团的资助，沃纳大力发展芯片和通讯产业，为后者带来了价值数百亿美元的财富。

   不仅如此，波士顿财团还以每年高达14.6亿美元的订单支持，让他从拥有3家公司的小老板变成70家科技公司的大boss，被誉为全美十大最富政界人士。

克里斯托弗·雷——摩根财团的学生

    会议中第二个发言的人，名叫克里斯托弗·雷。

   他除了拥有美国联邦调查局（FBI）局长的身份之外，还有另一重身份——摩根财团的“打手”！

   在雷的一生中，摩根财团都起着至关重要的作用。

   就读耶鲁，摩根财团资助的；

   就任司法部长助理，摩根财团支持的；

   担任FBI局长，摩根财团举荐的；

   ......

   可以说，没有摩根，就没有今天的FBI局长。

   迈克尔·罗杰斯，美国国安局局长。

   与上面两位吃人嘴软不同的是，罗杰斯之所以选择与两大财团步调一致，更多是基于下面这些考虑：

   美国海军的航母和战机，全部由摩根财团旗下的格鲁曼公司制造；美国海军的雷达、导弹，几乎由波士顿财团旗下的雷神公司制造；

   毫不夸张的讲，这两家财团就是美国海军的亲爸爸。没有他们，美国海军将成为一堆废铁！

   今天，我希望大家认清一个事实：中国在美通讯领域这一块，算是彻底没戏了。

   别看平时他们与中国“称兄道弟”，在这个节骨眼，他们一定会搞死中国，什么兄弟情谊，什么战略关系，都是狗屁！

   不信？你们自己瞧瞧！

翻脸的波士顿

   去年，波士顿旗下的威瑞森通讯帮助中兴上位，成功击垮华为在美业务，为前者带来了300亿美元的利润。

   当时的总裁麦克亚当亲切的称其为：一切都是为了朋友！

   到了今天，威瑞森不仅第一时间宣布划清与中兴的界限，更是配合美国商务部调查，亲手将中兴送入了美国商务部贸易黑名单！

卑鄙的摩根

   还是去年，摩根财团旗下的AT&T依靠与中国电信“联姻”而获取的先进网络通信技术，终于扛住了威瑞森通讯的绞杀，勉强保住了1605亿美元的国内市场。

   然而，就是对于这样的“救命恩人”，摩根财团却撺掇着18名国会议员联名制裁中国电信在美承包商——华为，对于母公司砍掉中国电信手腕的决策，AT&T在第一时间选择“终止一切与华为的合作”。

为何都在“整”中国

   今天，仍然有不少网友抱有侥幸，认为美国财团之间矛盾重重不会向中国动刀。

   真的是这样吗？我们不妨看看下面这个故事。

   的确，正如网友所说，美国财团之间利益交错，矛盾重重。比如上面的   摩根和波士顿，那更是相爱相杀了半个世纪的老冤家。

   当年波士顿财团将肯尼迪送上总统宝座，顺手就把原本属于摩根的军事订单一口吃下，据说后者还闹到了白宫。

   正是如此，后来的摩根财团宁愿将“帝国大厦”低价卖给日本人，也不愿卖给出价远高于前者的波士顿，只能说是有钱任性。

   但即便如此，积怨已久的他们仍然在面对重大危机之前承担起“拯救美利坚”的责任。

   2008年，美国金融危机爆发，全美上下陷入大崩盘，而美国政府却只能拿出1500亿美元救市。就在这个时候，摩根、波士顿率先站了出来，联合美国其余几大财团，集体向政府“注资”，最终凑出7000亿美元巨款，成功挽救了美国。

   所以，我们中国人必须明白一点，美国商人不是傻子，他们在面对国家利益尤其是核心利益面前，态度是出奇的一致的。

   别说是针对中国，就算换做是其它国家，看到下面这份报告，他们一样要往死里整！

2009年，世界芯片设计50强，中国仅有1家，七年后，中国增长到11家；

2017年，中国国产集成电路销售额5355.2亿人民币，成功夺回美国6大集成电路供应商占据的48%的中国市场；

2017年8月，寒武纪1号芯片仅5个月，销售额突破12亿人民币，成功抢夺高通中国市场份额1.3%；

2017年，中国硅晶圆产值跃升40%，产值达8.71亿美元，成功抢占世界硅晶圆市场份额10.8%，使北美产能萎缩13%

......

战争面前，中国绝不能有一丝侥幸

   战争打到今天，中国能抱有侥幸心态吗？绝对不能！

   可笑的是，从一开始到现在，国内心怀侥幸、觉得美国快撑不住的声音不绝于耳。

   美国选民怒骂白宫，他们说美国要认怂了；特朗普推特示好，他们说美国认怂了；美国财长访华，他们说美国认怂了；

   活了大半辈子，这些心怀侥幸觉得美国快撑不住的人真是白活了。他们也不看看，美国是个什么货色。从这个强盗坐上世界霸主开始，被美国假象蒙蔽的，没一个有好下场！

侥幸，换来了苏联解体

   苏联解体的原因很多，但有一点很重要：与美国对抗时，心怀侥幸。

   当时的苏联很惨，只能靠能源出口来维持经济与外汇。但苏联在能源出口的一些关键技术上十分依赖日本和欧洲，比如节气阀门和无缝管道技术。

   美国果断抓住机会，双管齐下：

   首先，星球大战计划逼得苏联把本就少得可怜的钱砸到核领域；然后等苏联经济兜不住底时，美国人说“你把军备削减了，我给你经济支援”。

   苏联人侥幸心态占据上风，居然信了！核弹头、削；核潜艇，削，装甲集群，削！

   等苏联削得差不多了。美国突然发动贸易战，胁迫日本和欧洲，对苏联进行技术管制。任何苏联必需的能源出口技术，一律不准出口！

   没有日本和欧洲的技术，苏联整个能源出口设备全部老化，很多产品无法继续生产，让本就很惨的苏联经济更是雪上加霜，间接推动了苏联的解体！

   美日贸易战前夕，日本半导体产业称霸世界。

   1985年，经过十年“战争”，美国内存条全球市场从90%暴跌到20%。日本，却抢占了半壁江山。在世界十大半导体企业中，日本一个国家就占了五席：NEC（1）、第二名东芝（2）、日立（3）、富士通（8）、三菱电机（9）。

   商业交锋，美国真的是被日本打怕了。于是，美国立马筹备战争！

   开战之初，美国50家半导体公司联合起来，结为同盟。日本这边一收到消息当时就蒙了，这TM是要把我往死里干啊！

   当时日本已被逼入绝境，《广场协议》把日本大多数出口企业搞得半死不活，唯有半导体出口仍然坚挺。为了保住最后的阵地，日本六大财团歃血为盟，全力应付第二次半导体世界大战。

   战争初期，日本凭借内存条产量领先美国，而美国则靠着价格战打压日本利润。但是，战争只是美国佯装出的假象，他们想兵不血刃。

   当日本因为市场被蚕食而深疲乏之际，美国也因利润不足而缺乏后劲。此时美国商务部突然对日本“示弱”：咱俩怎么打下去始终不是办法，怎么着你赚得也比我多。要不你给我一个保证，签《美日半导体协议》，降低你出口份额，你答应我咱们就平分中国市场。

   美国那边刚放话，日本内阁就有人心存侥幸打起小算盘：，真打仗不一定要输给美国，但迟早拖垮财团；但钱肯定是赚不到。平分市场吧，虽然没以前赚得多，好歹能赚个上千亿美元！行，签吧。

   1986年9月，日本通产省正式与美国签订《美日半导体协议》。

   在此后的二十年，由于协议的限制，日本的半导体产业节节败退。当时美日商量平分中国大陆市场，结果，高通英特尔用远低于市场的价格把日本挤走，霸占了中国市场。

   丢掉大陆市场后，日本半导体产业走上了灭亡的快车道。2017年，在世界十大半导体企业里，日本从五席锐减到一席，仅有东芝上榜。

   年末，东芝出售旗下半导体产业，日本半导体产业宣告全面崩盘！

   侥幸，侥幸，苏联侥幸换来了解体、日本侥幸来了半导体产业全军覆灭！

   前车之鉴，血淋漓的教训还不够吗？

   我看到现在很多人都抱有侥幸心态，以为这就是一场摩擦。你见过哪种摩擦要置人于死地？你见过哪场摩擦要砍掉一个国家的基础？

这是一场战争。战争，没有侥幸！

   当年的国民党，在贸易战中求美国放过不要抬高银价，结果整个金融体系被摧毁，法币变成废纸。

   当年的俄罗斯，在改革中轻信美国的私有化政策，把国企拆分成卢布证券分给国民，结果卢布被美国做空，俄罗斯一夜间被洗劫28万亿美元。

   当年的欧洲，在危机中求美国不要乱降低希腊评级，结果美国评级机构大肆唱衰希腊，整个欧元区差点被希腊债务危机给整崩溃！

   历史已经用无数桩惨案告诉我们，谁要在战争中抱有侥幸、谁敢在战争中与敌妥协，等待他的只有两个字——灭亡！

   毛主席说过：以斗争求和平则和平存，以妥协求和平则和平亡。

   这场战争，美国步步紧逼，国族兴衰面前，中华民族已无路可退！为了生存、为了发展、为了复兴，我们唯有殊死一战！我们要用实际行动告诉美国——

      中国人，绝不妥协！绝不侥幸，绝不后退！
