Apr 14: Drum Rider Label Showcase
Local label Drum Rider is showcasing their best acts this weekend. Head over to DDC to check out singer-songwriter and producer Zhuoling Wu, dance music duo Dumb Plants, Sino-Greek psychedelic combo Elephant House and more.

Apr 14: Big Daddy Dough's Album Launch Party
Big Daddy Dough is debuting his parody rap album The Redprint: Rhyme and Reason in the Riddle Kingdom. Expect hip-hop beats and lyrics tackling everything from politics in China to Chinese business dealings. Big Daddy Dough will give a live performance. And cultural-exchange organization Ping Pong Productions will educate guests about their work. Anyone who makes a donation will receive a free copy of the new album.

Apr 14: Dark Industrial Electronic Music Night
This one-of-a-kind party is combining movies and music for a tribute to Fassbinder. There will be a screening of the 1969 German film Love is Colder Than Death. And from 8pm onwards it's all about that dark industrial electronic music. Nuos, Mabonona, Noise&Noise, and more will perform.

Apr 15: Organic
Beijing’s most environmentally conscious club night, Organic, put on some of the biggest nights at Dada last year (including a stonking NYE party). Residents Juhstynn and Marc Alexr are back for their first night of the new year, headlined by Beijing’s very own master of the dance floor, 0161.

Apr 16: Gaika
Brixton-based producer and singer Gaika Tavares is known for his seriously danceable music. He's been touted as “electronic music’s answer to Basquiat.” He blends together grime, dancehall and reggae with his socially conscious and intelligent lyrics. This one's gonna be good. Support from Bloodz Boi and Puzzy Stack.

Apr 15: Spring Wonderland Festival
This is going to be one epic festival. The Alice in Wonderland-inspired electronic music fest will feature 30 DJs on three stages. DJs Pancake Lee, Mario Yu, Ou Yang, Dragon Acid, Juliana Lima, Elmar and many more will keep things going all night long in the main room. The Syndicate room will be all about drum ’n’ bass with Blackie, Oshi, Puzzy Stack and Clir. And the dedicated trap room - yes, there's an entire room for trap music - will feature Ivan, Evol, Joke and Styx. Expect a wild, dreamlike atmosphere and 13 hours of music. The festival will be located at Jingcheng Pear Garden, and buses will leave from Wudaokou and Chaoyang Joy City.
