Memphis in May at Home Plate BBQ Sanlitun
Memphis is the home of American music and has a strong tradition of American BBQ. Memphis also hosts the Memphis in May International Festival, listed as one of the top 10 music festivals in the USA. This Festival began in 1977, starting off with local artists it slowly grew year by year into the world renowned festival it is today, with acts from all over the world. Not only does Memphis have incredible music in May, Memphis also hosts the BBQ World Championship.
This May, Home Plate will bring Memphis in May to you, and you can enjoy traditional Southern hospitality and fun! We are cooking up a Whole Hog for this event. We smoke whole hog for over 20 hours in the smoker to keep the meat tasty and moist.
If a whole hog wasn't enough, we will be serving Boulevard & Fiestone Walker bottles for just 25RMB each, and we will have live music! Come to Home Plate Sanlitun to join us!
