人格与社会心理学华人青年联合会简介成立背景 【人格与社会心理学华人青年联合会】成立于2013年2月，起源于来自世界各地的人格与社会心理学华人学生学者，在最具全球影响力的人格与社会心理学年会（SPSP）相聚之时。目前该组织属于由志愿者自愿发起和维护的非正式注册的非盈利学术组织，以在人格与社会心理学年会期间开展学生学者学术交流和帮助支持的主题活动为主要形式，辅以不同形式的社交网络互动和讨论形式，每年的人数规模和参与度都在不断扩大，不断获得国际国内研究者的认可和支持，逐渐成为颇具影响力的华人人格与社会心理学不可或缺的新生力量和未来希望。团体宗旨 本团体旨在凝聚人格与社会心理学领域全球华人青年学生学者，为志同道合的华人青年学生学者提供学术交流与合作、人际互动与支持的资源平台，最终致力于发展壮大适用于华人社会的人格与社会心理学研究体系。当下的华人社会处于快速变革与文化变迁时代，发展服务于华人人格与社会心理学的研究与应用体系迫在眉睫，同时也为人格与社会心理学理论与方法的丰富多元化提供千载难逢的历史契机。未来愿景 本团体衷心希望全球的华人人格与社会心理学同仁们以本团体的愿景为核心，结合个人发展与团体繁荣的双重目标，借助本平台的资源优势和支持体系，期盼日后能够借助实证，科学，严谨的心理学研究方法，体察华人人格与社会心理学的现实心理需求，并致力于早日搭建成适用于中国人的人格与社会心理学理论与实践体系，并与国际主流学者频繁开展对话，从心理学视角促进不同文明、不同民族、不同文化之间的交流与合作。关于我们 我们是一群来自世界各地的热情洋溢、志同道合、团结互助的青年人。我们热爱人格与社会心理学，并愿意投身于发展壮大人格与社会心理学华人青年联合会的组织和管理工作。无论我们未来身在何方，这里永远是我们的精神家园和心灵栖息地！The Young Chinese Association for Personality and Social PsychologyBackgroundYoung Chinese Association for Personality and Social Psychology (YCA-PSP)) was founded in February 2013, originated at the time the one conference that is of the greatest global influence in the field was held - the Annual Meeting of the Society for Personality and Social Psychology (SPSP), where Chinese students and scholars within the field of Personality and Social Psychology from across the globe met and learn from each other. In its current form, YCA-PSP is operated and managed on a voluntary, non-profit basis. Annual meetings of YCA-PSP are held during the Annual Meetings of SPSP for academic communication among Chinese student/scholars and interdisciplinary dialogue between researchers and practitioners, aiming to providing an inclusive and supportive community for academic conversations and non-academic activities. Thanks to all the efforts we have made so far, YCA-PSP has begun to increasingly gain recognition and broaden impact among renowned scholars and active students at home and overseas.MissionYCA-PSP is dedicated to building a cohesive global network as well as consolidating resources for academic or translational collaborations among Chinese scholars and students in the field of personality and social psychology. The group is committed to its ultimate goal of advancing personality and social psychology research tailored to the Chinese people and Chinese society (local focus, global discourse). At a time of rapid and profound societal and cultural transformation seen in contemporary China, original research well suited to the Chinese people and Chinese society is in imminent demand. We deeply believe that uniting young Chinese students/scholars as well as policy makers, practitioners, and other types of young talents will be meaningful for shaping the future of Chinese personality and social psychology in an era of rapid change. We also hope this group will be helpful in promoting cross-cultural communication across diverse racial/ethnic groups and contributing to a creative and innovative global discourse of personality and social psychology in general.VisionYCA-PSP envisions building and developing a bright future for Chinese Personality and Social Psychology.
