关于调整赴华签证政策的通知
为有序恢复中挪人员往来,自2022年6月14日起,我馆将进一步调整赴华签证受理范围、简化签证申请资料,具体调整如下:
免除来华就业人员签证邀请函(PU函)、免除复工复产人员家属签证邀请函(PU函),以上人员可按疫情前政策申请Z类(工作)、S类(私人事务)签证;
在现行奔丧、探望危重病亲属等事由基础上,允许中国公民及在华具有永久居留资格的外国人的外籍家庭成员来华团聚或探亲,以上人员可按疫情前政策申请Q类(团聚类)签证。
政策调整后,我馆签证受理范围及签证申请所需资料见附表。相关申请人请直接与奥斯陆中国签证申请服务中心邮件(oslocenter@visaforchina.org)预约递交申请的时间,普通申请办理时限4个工作日,加急申请办理时限3个工作日(领事官员可视个案要求申请人补充材料或面谈,受理时间可能相应延长)。

To orderly resume personnel exchanges between China and Norway, as of June 14, 2022, the Chinese Embassy in Norway will adjust visa categories available for application and simplify documents for visa application. Detailed adjustments are as following.
Invitation Letter (PU) will NOT be needed for applicants who are to China for work. Invitation Letter (PU) will also NOT be needed for family members of those who are needed in necessary resumption of work and production in China. Applicants applicable can apply according to pre-Covid policies for visa category of Z and S.
Visas will be issued to more applicants with humanitarian needs. People applicable include family members of Chinese citizens or of foreigners with Chinese permanent residence permit. Purposes of visit applicable include family reunion, attending funerals or visiting family members with serious illness. Applicants applicable can apply according to pre-Covid policies for visa category of Q.
For visa categories available for application and documents needed, please see the form below. Applicants can apply through Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Oslo directly. Please make an appointment (oslocenter@visaforchina.org) before submitting your application. Regular processing will take 4 working days and express processing will take 3 working days. Please note that visa officers may request an applicant to provide additional supporting documents or have an interview with the applicant when needed. In such cases, the processing time may be extended.

(The passport shall be valid for more than 6 months and have at least one blank visa page.); 3. Photocopy of the Invitation Letter (PU) issued by duly authorized units in China; 4. Photocopy of the invitation letter issued by an inviting company in China including information on the applicant (full name, gender, date of birth, passport number etc.), information on the planned visit (purpose of visit, arrival and departure dates, place(s) to be visited and financial source for expenditures), information on the inviting company (name, contact telephone number, address, official stamp, signature of the legal representative); 5. Covid-19 Vaccine Certificate; 6. Other supporting documents required by the Embassy. |
Q | Issued to family members who intend to go to China to reunite with Chinese citizens or with foreigners living in China with a Chinese permanent residence permit . "Family members" refers to spouse, parents, parents-in-law, sons, daughters, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brothers, sisters, grandparents, grandsons and granddaughters. | 1. A completed Application Form with a recently-taken color photo (bare-head and full face) glued to or stapled on the form; 2. Passport and a photocopy of the information page. (The passport shall be valid for more than 6 months and have at least one blank visa page.); 3. Photocopy of an invitation letter issued by a Chinese citizen or a foreign citizen who lives in China with a Chinese permanent residence permit. It must include information on the applicant (full name, gender, date of birth, passport number, etc.), information on the visit ( purpose of visit, intended arrival date, place(s) of intended residence, arrival and departure dates and financial source for expenditures), information on the inviting individual (name, contact telephone number, address, Chinese ID number or foreign passport number, signature, etc.); 4. Photocopy of Chinese ID or foreign passport and permanent residence permit of the inviting individual; 5. Original and photocopy of documents proving the relationship between the applicant and inviting individual, including marriage certificate, birth certificate, certification of kinship issued by Public Security Bureau or notary public in China; 6. Covid-19 Vaccine Certificate; 7. Other supporting documents required by the Embassy. |
R | Issued to high-level talents or those whose skills are urgently needed in China. | 1. A completed Application Form with a recently-taken color photo (bare-head and full face) glued to or stapled on the form; 2. Passport and a photocopy of the information page. (The passport shall be valid for more than 6 months and have at least one blank visa page.); 3. Photocopy of the Confirmation Letter for High Level Foreign Talents issued by State Administration of Foreign Expert Affairs or other eligible certification. 4. Other supporting documents required by the Embassy. |
S | Issued to family members of foreigners working in China. "Family members" refers to spouse, parents, parents-in-law, sons or daughters under the age of 18. | 1. A completed Application Form with a recently-taken color photo (bare-head and full face) glued to or stapled on the form; 2. Passport and a photocopy of the information page. (The passport shall be valid for more than 6 months and have at least one blank visa page.); 3. Photocopy of an invitation letter issued by a Chinese citizen or a foreign citizen who lives in China with a Chinese permanent residence permit. It must include information on the applicant (full name, gender, date of birth, passport number, etc.), information on the visit ( purpose of visit, intended arrival date, place(s) of intended residence, arrival and departure dates and financial source for expenditures), information on the inviting individual (name, contact telephone number, address, Chinese ID number or foreign passport number, signature, etc.); 4. Photocopy of passport and residence permit or visa of the inviting individual; 5. Original and photocopy of proof of relationship between the applicant and inviting individual, including marriage certificate, birth certificate, certification of kinship issued by a notary public in Norway; 6.Covid-19 Vaccine Certificate; 7.Other supporting documents required by the Embassy. |
Z | Issued to those who intend to work in China. | 1. A completed Application Form with a recently-taken color photo (bare-head and full face) glued to or stapled on the form; 2. Passport and a photocopy of the information page. (The passport shall be valid for more than 6 months and have at least one blank visa page.); 3.One of the following documents: a) Photocopy of the Notification Letter of Foreigner's Work Permit in the People's Republic of China issued by the State Bureau of Foreign Experts; b) Photocopy of the Registration Certificate of Resident Representative Offices of Enterprises of Foreign Countries (Regions) in China issued by the market regulation administration; c) Original and photocopy of the Approval for Commercial Performances issued by authorities for cultural affairs, and Approval of Short-Term Employment For Foreigners Working in People's Republic of China (for performances less than 90 days); d) Photocopy of the Letter of Invitation to Foreigners for Offshore Petroleum Operations in China issued by China National Offshore Oil Corporation; 4.Covid-19 Vaccine Certificate; 5. Other supporting documents required by the Embassy. |
