AINP阿省技术移民机遇类别
阿省技术移民机遇类别 ，全称Alberta Opportunity Stream，简称AOS,是阿尔伯塔省提名移民（AINP）中无需雇主支持的项目。
适合人群：目前或将来要在阿省全职从事合格职业工作的申请人。
申请条件
1. 居留身份和工作许可要求：
申请人必须目前或将来在阿尔伯塔省合法居住、工作；
必须持有加拿大工作许可，LMIA或是毕业工签（Post-Graduation Work Permit）。
* LMIA，即劳工市场影响评估，是雇主为申请人申请的有效工作许可。
2. 职业要求：
申请人目前或将来正在阿省从事合格职业；并且
申请人目前或将来所从事的职业与之前的工作经验相匹配；
大部分NOC 0、A、B、C或D类职业都是合格的；不符合要求的职业请参考下表：

3. 语言要求：
英语或法语考试成绩至少达到CLB/NCLC 4的语言水平；或对应的雅思成绩达到 听力4.5 阅读3.5 写作4 口语4。
4. 教育要求：
申请移民之时申请人必须在原籍国至少完成高中教育；
从2021年1月1日起，申请人必须完成符合阿省标准的最低高中学历。
5. 工作经验要求：
申请人的“当前职业”与提交申请时所从事的职业一致；
申请人在提交申请时所从事的工作必须与工作经验相匹配；
截止到申请移民时，过去18个月中至少具备12个月当前职业全职阿省工作经验；或
截止到申请移民时，过去30个月中至少具备24个月当前职业全职工作经验，加拿大境内、境外均认可。
项目难度
目前，在众多的加拿大移民选项中，这个项目并没有太多优势，原因如下：
1）要求的工作时长较久；
2）整个项目办理周期比较长，大概需要29到35个月才能拿到枫叶卡；
3）移民政策瞬息万变，申请到工签不代表移民，如果提交的时候移民政策变了，那之前的一切努力就都是徒劳。
