陆云泉校长是北京一零一中(教育集团)校长,管理学博士,国家督学,同时是中学数学特级教师,北京市特级校长,北京理工大学/上海同济大学兼职教授,正高级教师。



北京市一零一中建校74年,是北京市重点中学, 北京市高中示范校。郭沫若同志亲笔题写校名,并释其含义为“百尺竿头,更进一步”。


目前,北京市一零一中共有11个校区,在校生一万余人,作为海淀区最大的基础教育集团,一零一中的峥嵘岁月值得铭记。

非常高兴今天能够参加诺奖创新论坛,今天我跟大家交流的一个题目是:在强基计划背景之下,作为中学怎么去培养拔尖创新人才?我想从一零一中以前的思考和实践跟大家做一个简单的交流。


当今的科技发展日新月异,信息革命、移动互联网等等这些革命尚未落幕,这些新科技的出现,也改变了整个的教育形态。


在这样一个过程中,正像爱因斯坦说过的一句话:除了我们的思维方式以外,其他的一切都已经发生了改变。所以我们在创新人才培养方面,必须要改变我们的传统的思维模式。


今年的1月份,教育部正式发布了强基计划,要进一步的加强基础学科方面的建设。从基础教育来讲,我们在基础学科和学生的基础方面,必须要进一步的能够夯实,能够为我们拔尖创新人才的培养提供一个更好的平台,改变我们以往传统的教与学的模式。

北京一零一中是一所北京市的市级示范校,也是一所重点学校,北京一零一中成立74年来,我们也是培养了大批的优秀的各方面的人才,同时北京一零一中所处的位置应该说是中国最美的学校,紧邻清华和北大,所以我们有得天独厚的课程资源和我们教育各方面的优势。


所以我们今年也成为了教育部普通高中新课程、新教材改革实验的国家级示范校,我们在通过示范校的建设方面,进一步去优化我们的课程。


北京一零一中以“培养未来卓越的担当人才”作为育人目标,坚持“基础宽厚,富于创新,个性健康,全面发展”,特别关注学生的生命、生活和生长。


那么在这样一个基本教育理念的基础上,我们首先做了一个课程的引领,所以我们构建了学校生态智慧课堂的三层八维的课程结构。在这样一个课程结构当中,特别是在拔尖创新人才培养方面,我们做了一系列的课程架构,包括在基础层面,我们特别强调了在国家基础学科方面的整合,包括自主发展和科学实践的参与。


在拓展层面我们有大量的选修课,包括我们的科技社团和科考的活动。那么同样我们在拔尖创新人才培养的方面,我们有一系列的书院的课程。


所以我们首先构建了三大学院,第一个就是在学生发展中心里面,我们成立了翔宇学院,创建翔宇学院的初衷是我们开门办学。学校和社会,包括企业,包括大学和科研院所能够打通,都能够成为学生的学习基地。


我们在国际教育中心专门也成立了一个GITD学院,我们将通过这样一个学院培养全球创新人才。在这个学校里面我们构建了三个书院, 包括云翥书院,C-IP书院等,。那么特别强调是在课程教学中心,我们专门去打造一个英才学院,在英才学院的四大书院的平台上面,我们架构了一系列的特色课程,比如说我们的STEAM课程,STEAM课程是近几年我们跟清华大学一起合作,在这个课程里面,我们还有海洋生态的STEAM课程,小卫星搭建的课程,Fablab课程……等等一系列的这样一些在真实的情景之下,利用多学科的知识,让学生们去解决一些真实的问题。


包括在拔尖创新培养方面,我们有一系列的社团,值得说的就是我们有两个北京市的金鹏科技团。一个是生命科学分团。这个分团建团30年来,培养了大批的优秀的拔尖创新的人才。这张PPT上面就显示了我们学生在这么多年来获奖的基本情况。第二个金鹏科技团,就是一个天文分团。那么天文分团的学生也是通过野外的考察,通过一些科考的实践,通过参与国际国内的这些比赛也获得了非常优秀的成绩。


除此之外,我校的DI、航模、信息学等等一系列的科技社团,应该说已经获得了全国的一等奖20多个,包括在去年的5月份,我校获得了全球DI总决赛高中组的总冠军。

特别是我想从一零一中来讲,我们的培养的学生具有非常好的学习潜力,在今年的3月份,有“诺贝尔奖风向标”之称的斯隆研究奖, 我们有三位学生获得了化学奖。为了更好的培养具有全球视野的、国家急需的拔尖创新人才,我们在去年专门成立了英才学院,在英才学校里面,我们通过三层八维的课程架构,特别打造了CIE课程,也是特别强调了学生的创意、创造和创业。


在这样一些课程当中,我们建立了一个卓越主题书院的课程群,进一步的去支撑拔尖创新人才的培养。在这个平台上面,我们通过整合各方面的资源,包括大学的资源、科研院所的资源,通过大学、中学、小学的人才培养的联动,我们去转变育人的方式。在这个平台当中,特别是在英才学校里面,我们建立了10多个实验室,包括像北大的心理实验室,我们进一步去研究学生的学习行为和学习心理,我们从以教为中心,转向以学为中心。


比如说我们跟国科大专门成立了一个科技创新的实验班,我们跟同济大学专门成立一个同济实验班,我们在同济大学的指导之下,专门成立了未来像影像工作坊,包括全球数制工坊,包括Fablab。那么有一些课程呢,我们还通过同济大学跟MIT的对接,我们的中学生可以提前去选择一些优秀的大学的先修课程。我们还跟中科院的物理所专门成立了一个物理科技创新的这样一个实验室。所以我想英才学院十多个实验室的这样一个平台,我们未来打造“五个一”,就是希望能够建立一支团队,形成一批课程,同时我们能够出一批校本的教材,也能够有一系列的学生优秀成绩。更重要的是,我们希望通过这样一个平台,能够形成非常优秀的、非常良好的创新人才的氛围。

所以在这里面,包括我们在9月12号,我们一零一中的科技生命科学社团的30年交流会上,我们来了6位院士来助力我们学校的科技创新人才的培养。


所以在强基计划这样一个背景之下,特别是大家都在谈论创新人才的培养。我们从中学来讲,首先应该形成一个创新人才培养的机制和平台,所以我们认为学校应该是一个百花齐放的花园,学生是不一样的,他们有不同的性格,不同的学习习惯。所以我们怎么能够在这样一个课程丰富的选择之下,能够为学生的发展提供最优质的课程资源,既要关注全体学生的科学与人文素养的提升,更要关注拔尖创新人才的个性化发展需求,为学生搭建梦想的科学舞台,让我们的学生能够获得健康、快乐的成长。

English Version


I am very glad to attend the Nobel Prize Innovation Forum today. Today, I want to talk about how to cultivate excellent innovative talents as a high school, under the background of the Strong Foundation Program. I would like to make a simple communication with you about my previous thinking and practice at Beijing No.101 Middle School.


Nowadays, science and technology are developing rapidly. The information revolution, mobile internet revolution and so on are still in progress. The emergence of these new technologies has also changed the form of education.


In such a process, as Einstein once said, everything has changed except our way of thinking. Therefore, we must change the traditional way of thinking to cultivate innovative talents.


In January 2020, the Ministry of Education officially issued a plan of Strong Foundation Program, to further strengthen the construction of basic disciplines. From the perspective of basic education, We must further consolidate the basic disciplines and students' knowledge foundations which can provide a better platform for the cultivation of outstanding innovative talents and change our traditional way of teaching and learning.


Beijing No.101 Middle School is a municipal model school and a key school in Beijing Since its establishment 74 years ago, we have trained a large number of excellent talents in various fields. On top of that, Beijing No.101 Middle School is the most beautiful school in China close to Tsinghua University and Peking University. Therefore, we have unique curriculum resources and advantages in every aspects of education.


Therefore, this year, we have also become a national model school of experimental new textbook and curriculum reformation through model school construction, we have further optimized our curriculum.


Beijing No.101 Middle School takes "training outstanding and responsible talents for the future" as its educational goal, adheres to "generous foundation, rich innovation spirit, healthy personality, and all-round development" and pays special attention to students' life, living and work.


Then, on the basis of such a fundamental educational philosophy we first established a lead of a course so we constructed a three-tier and eight-dimensional curriculum structure for the ecologically intelligent classroom. In such a curriculum structure, especially in the training of outstanding innovative talents we have came up with a series of curriculum structures including at the basic level, we particularly emphasized the integration of national fundamental disciplines including independent development and participation in scientific practice.


We have a large number of elective courses at developmental level including our science and technology clubs and the scientific research activities. Then we also have a series of academy courses in the aspect of cultivating outstanding innovative talents.


We first built three colleges. The first one is in the Student Development Center, where we set up Xiangyu College. More importantly, Xiangyu  College is featured by open teaching mode. Schools and society, including enterprises, universities and research institutes, can be linked together and become learning foundations for students.


We have also set up a GITD college in the International Education Center, through which we will train global innovative talents. In GITD college, we have built three academies, including Yunzhu Academy, C-IP Academy and C-CAS Academy. It is in the Curriculum Teaching Center that we specially built a Yingcai College. On the platform of the four academics of the Yingcai College, we have constructed a series of characteristic courses such as our STEAM course, and STEAM is one that we have been cooperated with Tsinghua University. In this course, we also have STEAM course on marine ecology, small satellite construction courses, Fablab courses, etc. We utilize multidisciplinary knowledge in real situations and let the students solve practical problems.


In terms of the cultivation of outstanding innovation, we have a series of student clubs. It is worth saying that we have two of Jin Peng science and technology groups in Beijing. One is the Life Science Group. In the past 30 years, this club has trained a large number of outstanding and innovative talents. This slide shows the prizes won by our students over the years. The second Jin Peng Science and Technology Group is an astronomical sub-group. The students of the Astronomical Sub-group also achieved excellent results through field investigation, scientific research practice and competitions in China and abroad.


In addition, a series of scientific and technological societies in our school, such as DI, model airplane and informatics, have won more than 20 first prizes nationwide, including the final champion of the high school group in the global DI finals in May last year.


In particular, the students we train at Beijing No.101 Middle School have very good learning potentials. In March this year, we have won the Sloan Research Award, which is known as the "Nobel Prize Vane". Also we have three of our students won the Chemistry Prize. In order to better cultivate innovative talents with global vision and are urgently needed by our nation, we established Yingcai College last year specially, we specially created CIE courses through a three-tier and eight-dimensional curriculum framework and also emphasized students' creativity, creation and entrepreneurship.


Among these courses, we have established a curriculum group of outstanding college theme to further support the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents. On this platform, we change the way of education by integrating resources from various aspects, including resources from universities and research institutes, also through the linkage of talent training among universities, middle schools and primary schools. On this platform, especially in Yingcai, we have established more than 10 laboratories, including psychological laboratories like Peking University. We further study students' learning behavior and learning psychology, and we have changed from teaching-centered to learning-centered.


For example, we have set up an experimental class for scientific and technological innovation in cooperation with the National Science and Technology University, and we have set up an experimental class with Tongji University. Under the guidance of Tongji University, we have set up Future Photography Studio, including a global digital system workshop and Fablab. As for the other courses, Through the cooperation with Tongji University and MIT, our students can choose some excellent university elective courses in advance. We have also set up such a laboratory for physical science and technology innovation with the Institute of Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Therefore, I think, on the platform of more than ten laboratories in Yingcai College, we will build “Five-one project” that is, we hope to build a team and form a series of courses, produce a batch of school-based teaching materials, and our students also achieve excellent results. More importantly, we hope that through such a platform, we can form an excellent and nice atmosphere of innovative talents.


So here, including our 30-year exchange meeting of the Science and Technology Life Science Society at Beijing No.101 Middle School on September 12th, we had six academicians to help boost our cultivation of innovative talents.


Therefore, under the background of "Strong Foundation Program", especially when everyone is talking about the cultivation of innovative talents. We, as a high school, should first form a mechanism and platform for cultivating innovative talents. Therefore, we believe that the school should be a garden where all flowers blooming. Students are different. They have different personalities and different study habits. Therefore, with such abundant course choices, how to provide the best curriculum resources for the development of students? It is necessary to pay attention to the improvement of each student's scientific and humanistic qualities, and pay more attention to the individual development needs of outstanding innovative talents, Build a stage of science for students' dreams, let our students grow up healthily and happily.
