Christmas is a,
圣诞节对许多人 尤其是对小孩子来说是个富有乐趣的日子
Christmas is a lot of fun for most people but especially for kids.
孩子们喜爱圣诞节
Kids love Christmas.
他们喜爱那些礼物
They love the presents,
他们爱那些拐杖糖
they love the candy canes,
他们真的主要是喜爱这些礼物
they really mostly love the presents.
但我想知道他们是否知道我们为什么要庆祝这一天
But I wonder if they know why we celebrate this day.
因此我们去到了大街上
So we went on the street
我们也让孩子们讲述圣诞的故事
and we asked children to tell us the story of Christmas.
我们很高兴能向大家展示孩子们所说的有关圣诞的故事
And we are pleased to present the story of Christmas as told by kids.
出生在第一个圣诞节的人是谁啊
-Who was born on the first Christmas?

他跟玛利亚结婚但是他们好像...
he got married to Mary but they got like --
他们不是真的想跟对方在一起
they didn't really like want to be together,

-Uhn, so the first Christmas was obviously a long time ago,

有这两个人
-There was these two people
他们正躺在他们的卧室里
and they were lied in their bedrooms
一个天使显现对他们说 他们要有个宝宝了
and this angel came to tell them that they're having a baby.
然后...
and...
他们没有自己的房子
-And they didn't have a home,
所以不得不骑在骆驼上
so they had to ride a camel.
有三个国王
-And the three Kings,
三个有智慧的国王
the three wise kings,
来到马棚
came to the stable.
然后玛利亚和...
And Mary and --
和...
and--
玛利亚和约瑟他们有了婴儿耶稣
Mary and Joseph,they had a baby Jesus.
他们做了什么
-And what did they do?
说要把婴儿耶稣放到树上
-Said to took the baby Jesus to a tree,
然后他们就开始...
then they started to --
他们就开始吃晚饭像个小宴会那样
they started to have like a little feast.
那三个有智慧的男人都带了什么给婴儿耶稣啊
-And what did the three wise men bring baby Jesus?
乳香没药和黄金
-Frankincense and myrrh and gold.
那什么是乳香啊
-What's frankincense?
呃
-Uhn
那什么是没药呢
-What's myrrh?
我不知道
-I don't know.
那什么是黄金啊
-What's gold?
黄金就是黄金咯
-Gold is gold!
圣母玛利亚在第一个圣诞节做了什么

她给圣诞老人留下了饼干
-She left out cookies for Santa.

我拿了一张温热的餐巾
-I put a warm napkin,

Because you see from the side,
它看起来是不是有点肿啊
it looks a little swollen?
