金凤实验室是重庆市构建“416”科技创新战略布局、聚力打造生命健康科创高地的战略科技力量,占地面积128亩,建筑面积13.5万㎡,配套建设30万㎡的高端人才住房、1100 亩的凤栖湖公园。
2022年6月25日揭牌运行以来,金凤实验室以“重大疾病的下一代诊断”为核心任务,广聚天下英才,构建科研矩阵,开展有组织科研,努力打造开放型、枢纽型、平台型科技创新地。实验室坚持科学家主导,实验室主任在科研选题、人才聘用、经费配置、机制搭建等方面享有充分自主决策权,科研项目负责人根据任务清单自主确定研究方法、技术路线和团队成员。
一、招聘岗位

二、职位描述
紧扣“重大疾病的下一代诊断”核心任务,把握精准诊断发展方向,提出具有战略性、前瞻性、创造性的研究构想,科学制定科研目标和实施方案;
组织和带领团队开展原始理论创新、技术原理突破和关键技术攻关,积极达成目标任务,力争取得重大标志性成果;
搭建国内外合作平台,培养和集聚全球高层次科技人才;
积极承担重大科研项目,助力生命健康科创高地建设。
三、条件资质
1.在重大疾病(恶性肿瘤和脑疾病)精准诊断、干细胞再生等方面具有重大的国际学术影响力,包括但不限于:
诺贝尔生理学或医学、物理、化学奖获得者;
国家最高科学技术奖获得者;
中国科学院院士,中国工程院院士,境外发达国家(地区)院士;
受聘国内外一流大学教授职务,在行业领域中取得公认创新成果和具有国际声望的顶尖人才;
相当于上述层次,掌握关键核心技术,创新能力居国际一流水平,能够为重庆市生命健康科创高地建设发展带来重大影响、重大突破,契合金凤实验室重点任务的急需顶尖人才。
2.拥有不少于15人且相对稳定的科研团队,团队成员中至少5名及以上需具有博士学位或高级专业技术职称。团队成员中40岁以下青年人才比例应不低于50%。

Jinfeng Laboratory is a strategic scientific and technological force in Chongqing to build a "416" strategic layout of scientific and technological innovation and focus on building a highland of life and health science and technology, covering an area of 128 acres, with a construction area of 135,000 square meters, supporting the construction of 300,000 square meters of high-end talent housing and 1,100 acres of Fengqi Lake Park.
Since its inauguration on June 25, 2022, Jinfeng Laboratory has taken "next-generation diagnosis of major diseases" as its core task, gathered talents from all over the world, built a scientific research matrix, carried out organized scientific research, and strived to build an open, pivotal and platform-based scientific and technological innovation center. The laboratory adheres to the leadership of scientists, and the director of the laboratory has full independent decision-making power in the selection of scientific research topics, talent hiring, fund allocation, mechanism construction, etc., and the person in charge of scientific research projects independently determines the research methods, technical routes and team members according to the task list.

II Job Description
Follow the core task of "next-generation diagnosis of major diseases" closely, grasp the development direction of accurate diagnosis, put forward strategic, forward-looking and creative research ideas, set scientific research goals and make plans to achieve the goals.
Organize and lead the team to seek original theoretical innovation, make technical principle and key technological breakthroughs, achieve goals and tasks, especially major achievements.
Build a platform for domestic and foreign cooperation to cultivate and gather global high-level scientific and technological talents.
Actively undertake major scientific research projects to help the construction of a highland of life and health science and technology.
III Qualifications
1. Have significant international academic influence in the accurate diagnosis of major diseases (malignant tumors and brain diseases) and stem cell regeneration. Expected achievement & qualifications are including but not limited to:
Nobel Prize winner in physiology or medicine, physics, chemistry;
Winner of the highest national science and technology award;
Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Academician of Overseas Developed Countries (Regions);
Employed as professors at first-class universities at home and abroad, and top talents with recognized innovation achievements and international prestige;
Equivalent to the above level, master the key technologies, and the innovation ability is at the world-class level, which can bring significant impact and major breakthroughs to the construction and development of Chongqing's life and health science and technology innovation, and meet the urgent need for top talents in the key tasks of Jinfeng Laboratory.
2. Have a stable scientific research team of no less than 15 people, and at least 5 or more team members must have doctoral degrees or senior professional and technical titles. The proportion of young talents under the age of 40 in the team should be not less than 50%.
