岗位信息

1、美容顾问（苏州常熟） 2人   2-3千/月

Job Aim 工作目标 
Ⅰ. To provide the high customer service quality 
提供高质量的顾客服务 
Ⅱ To achieve the store sales target of own label products. 
负责其所在店铺的自有品牌产品的销售目标 
Ⅲ. Displaying, stock and loss of the own label products, and reduce the shrinkage. 
自有品牌货品陈列，库存和损耗，减少货品流失 
Ⅳ. To assist the Store Manager to complete the inventory job 
协助店长完成每次的店铺自有品牌的盘点工作 
Ⅴ. KPI— OB Power Brand sales vs target 
自有品牌重点产品的实际销售与目标比较 
Ⅵ. Submitted to other arrangement by line manager. 
服从上级领导的其他工作指示 

Requirement 工作要求 
Ⅰ. Senior high school above 
高中以上学历 
Ⅱ. Good appearance and glib 
五官端正，口齿伶俐 
Ⅲ. Good ability in sales and appetence. 
具有极强的亲和力和销售能力 
Ⅳ. Related cosmetic sales experience 
有相关化妆品销售经验者优先 

其他要求：至少1年以上的化妆品销售经验，且过往的销售记录良好。 

2、屈臣氏店铺副经理（苏州） 3人   3-4.5千/月

工作目标： 
1.协助店铺经理以及区域经理完成部门员工的日常管理及培训，顾客服务、店铺陈列、营运成本控制目标；
To assist store manager and area manager in maximizing sales and profit while achieving set targets. Assist to provide leadership, coaching and discipline to ensure the highest standards of customer service, store presentation, inventory management and store administration. 
2.协助公司确保公司的各项制度和流程的全面贯彻执行。 
Consistently ensure all company policy and procedures are implemented while striving at all times to reduce store costs. 
3.服从上级领导的其他工作指示 
Submitted to other arrangement by line manager 

岗位要求： 
1.活力、精力充沛、自信的并且具有较强的顾客服务意识 
Dynamic, energetic, self-confident, honesty and Strong sense of customer service 
2.具备良好的沟通,领导和执行能力，能承受一定的工作压力 
Good ability in communication ,leadership and execution，Under pressure。 
3.2-3年零售行业工作经验 
2~3 yrs working experience, retailing preferred 
4.专科及以上学历 
College degree and above. 

3、店铺副经理（苏州） 15人   3-4.5千/月

工作目标：
1.协助店铺经理以及区域经理完成部门员工的日常管理及培训，顾客服务、店铺陈列、营运成本控制目标；
