互联网医院在线问诊、大数据整合健康数据、线上提供心理援助……

近日，济南疫情防治信息服务平台正式上线！

该平台提供一键查询疫情实时动态、定点（发热）门诊导航、发热在线问诊等12大功能，居家就能享受便捷高效的健康服务。

山东省济南市推出了专门为当地群众提供关于防控“新冠肺炎”疫情的实时信息在线服务平台。

Jinan, capital of eastern China's Shandong province, has launched an online service platform to offer local residents real-time information about novel coronavirus pneumonia.

该平台是由济南市卫生健康委、济南市疾控中心联合腾讯电子健康卡团队协力搭建而成。

The platform was jointly created by the Jinan Municipal Health Commission, Jinan Center for Disease Control and Prevention and an electronic health card team of Tencent Group.

济南市民可以居家享受便捷高效的健康服务，降低（出行）感染的风险。

The platform allows people to receive efficient health service from home, reducing the risk of further infections in the city.

目前，驻济19家医院开通了互联网医院发热咨询门诊，已有9000多人次通过互联网发热咨询门诊进行了问诊。

A total of 19 Jinan hospitals are currently making use of the platform's online fever consultation service and more than 9,000 people have used the platform.

针对部分群众面对疫情出现的类似“紧张”“心慌”“害怕”等心理状况, (济南疫情防治信息服务）平台开展了互联网免费心理援助服务。

For those suffering psychological trauma due to the outbreak, such as nervousness, panic or fear, the platform also offers online psychological assistance services for free.

市民可通过以下方式登录平台：

Residents can visit the online service platform for novel coronavirus pneumonia prevention by:

1. 扫描济南市卫生健康委员会官方公众号二维码

1. Scanning the QR code of the Jinan Municipal Health Commission WeChat account

2. 扫描平台公众号（健康济南官微）二维码

2. Scanning the QR code of the platform's WeChat account

3. 下载“健康济南”中文app

3. Or downloading the application, named"Health Jinan" or "Jiankang Jinan" in Chinese

除上述三种方式外，市民还可通过访问济南市疾病预防控制中心官网进入该平台。

In addition to the three above methods, residents also can visit the platform via the official website of the Jinan Center for Disease Control and Prevention (http://www.jncdc.cn/).
