疫情中济南民宿业苦练内功，静候“反弹式消费”
疫情之下，自称习惯“苦中作乐”的民宿主们，纷纷趁着这段时间修炼“内功”，做之前没来得及做的事情，比如内部的文化价值培训、对服务的优化、对2019年的复盘以及对未来转型的思考。
Many homestay operators in Jinan are still holding out hope, even under tremendous financial pressure, and are making full use of this time to receive cultural training, optimize services, and improve management.
他们希望，寒冬过后，带给消费者的不仅是“诗和远方”的情怀，还有更多标准化、个性化兼具的服务。

尽管营业日期未定，但时养山居民宿的设计师赵天福已经复工了一个多月。
这位多才多艺、心灵手巧还炒得一手好菜的高颜值小哥哥，是同事眼中的男版“李子柒”。
复工的这段时间，他就在时养山居的11个院子、40多间客房中转来转去，寻找灵感提升客房质感，比如培育一盆好看苔藓，创作几幅新的挂画，又或者手工打造几个样式独特的衣架或小摆件放在客房内……
Designer Zhao Tianfu of Shiyangshanju Homestay, has spent more than a month walking in his 11 courtyards and more than 40 guest rooms, thinking about how best to improve the rooms.
He has grown a pot of moss, created new paintings, and handcrafted several unique hangers and other accessories.
位于济南章丘区石子口古村的时养山居是济南的网红民宿之一，创始人孙同山表示，除了提升客房展陈，疫情期间，他们还对村内的街道、绿化和水系作了进一步提升，希望营业之后，可以带给客户一些惊喜。
Shiyangshanju, located in Shizikou village, Zhangqiu district, Jinan, is one of the most popular homestays in the city.
Sun Tongshan, founder of the homestay, said that they have also made further improvements to the village's streets, greenery and water system, hoping to surprise customers when they reopen.
就算不营业，民宿与消费者的联系也没断。时养山居民宿与樊登读书济南运营中心联合，提供为期两周的读书精进训练营。
Shiyangshanju cooperated with Spiritual Wealth Club, an online reading platform, to provide a two-week training camp for advanced reading.
孙同山表示：“希望将时养山居所倡 的 ‘耕’ ‘读’ 的生活方式传递给大家。”
"I hope to promote the rural reading lifestyle popular in my homestay to everyone," Sun said.
眼下，济南的多数民宿还未复工，但大多民宿主都像孙同山一样，利用这段长假提升硬件、修炼内功。
没打算退出这个行业，相信有“反弹式消费”

济南另一家“网红民宿”——柒舍山居民宿的创始人张建军在忙着新项目上马，“眼下主打欢乐家庭主题的二期项目将于疫情过后与大家见面，设计风格与一期项目完全不同。”
Zhang Jianjun, founder of Qisheshanju, another popular homestay in Jinan, is busy planning his newest project.
"The second phase of my project, focusing on the idea of family, will be launched after the epidemic. The design style is completely different from that of the first phase."
有人说，疫情之下，民宿是第一个“彻底归零”的行业。
张建军觉得并没有那么夸张：“暂时没打算退出这个行业。” 在他看来，短期内的影响肯定会有，毕竟眼下整个旅游行业停滞、所有订房通道也都关闭。
Zhang is still confident in the homestay industry. He has no plans to quit, at least for the time being.
“北方民宿来说，春节本就是淡季，而且民宿又是小众消费产品，相比快捷酒店等，影响相对较小。可能南方民宿受影响较大。”
他对未来持乐观态度，“前两天去济宁，看到很多人都迫不及待地来到乡间呼吸新鲜空气，我更相信疫情过后会有反弹式消费。”

很多民宿主对未来同样持乐观态度，民宿平台爱彼迎 （Airbnb）联合创始人柏思齐也在一封内部信中提到，爱彼迎中国正在重新调整今年的业务计划，加码能够驱动可持续增长的项目，做好准备迎接疫情之后出游意愿的强势反弹。
不过，行业洗牌不可避免地加速到来，“尤其一些单体的、小型的民宿可能会面临淘汰”。所以，努力寻找新的运营方向和转型之道成了这段时间很多民宿主的主要功课之一。
进入3月，济南部分民宿已经开始办理“特种行业许可经营证”，越来越多的服务项目有了“硬核”标准。
趁着休息，张建军参加了很多民宿大咖网络课，有时候是听者，有时候也是讲者。在他看来，民宿未来肯定不再只是单纯地卖情怀，情怀之外，要有更多专业、多元化的服务。
Zhang has taken part in a number of online classes to exchange homestay management ideas with his peers.
In his view, homestays will begin to focus less on creating an atmosphere with different themes and more on professional and diversified services.
眼下，他正在与济南相关部门合作打造柒舍宿集，“这是一个民宿集群，拥有多种特色业态和民宿主题，比如旅拍、机车酒吧、机车主题民宿等，希望给消费者多种多样的体验，这个项目正在规划设计当中。”
除了花式“自救”，济南很多民宿还在努力为抗击疫情做力所能及的事情。
他们加入“乡野疗愈计划”，该计划联合了国内高品质精品民宿，捐出在恢复营业之后的平日间夜，提供给疫情期间奋战在第一线的医务人员免费使用，帮助这些白衣天使疗愈身心，目前山东已经募集了2000余间客房。
In addition to improving business, some homestay operators are also making efforts to fight against the epidemic and are participating in a public project featuring domestic high-quality boutique homestays.
According to the plan, operators will provide some guest homes to front-line medical workers for free, to help them heal their body and mind.
