grows by 27.2% in H1
The foreign trade volume in Jinan hit 85.51 billion yuan ($13.19 billion) in the first half of this year, a 27.2 percent increase year-on-year. The city saw a significant increase in automobile and steel material exports.
今年上半年，济南市外贸进出口总值855.1亿元人民币，同比增长27.2%。其中，汽车、机床、钢材出口大幅增长，令人倍感振奋。

The imports and exports of Jinan Comprehensive Bonded Zone and the Zhangjin Comprehensive Bonded Zone totaled 10.33 billion yuan ($1.59 billion) in the first half of this year, up 78.1 percent year-on-year.
1-6月份，济南综保区和章锦综保区主要经济指标跑出“加速度”：一线进出口总额完成103.3亿元，超过去年全年进出口总额，同比增长78.1%。

First E-Sports festival
to be held in Jinan
The First E-Sports festival will be held in Jinan from Aug 8 to 14, featuring Minecraft Challenge and Honor of Kings. Winners can receive prize money of up to 95, 000 yuan ($14, 607).
济南将于8月8日至8月14日举办首届“泉”民电竞嘉年华。本次嘉年华活动重点设计了：《我的世界》红色记忆设计挑战赛以及《王者荣耀》决战济南全民赛等全新精彩内容。获胜者将赢取最高95000元的总奖金。
