In 1961, Frank Cheung went to Germany to study. During his studies, he met Anders Mooney's son, Jürgen Mooney. In 1972, the two men trained under Anders Mooney to learn the traditional craftsmanship of flute making.

In the fall of 1981, Anders Mooney completed the five-hundredth flute and officially retired. The studio was officially handed over to the two apprentices. In 1989, Anders Mooney died at the age of 79. After the death of Anders Mooney, the five flutes he had made before his retirement were sold at a high price. The brand received sufficient funds, and the headquarters moved to Vienna.

Jürgen and Frank began to research branding, upgrading technology, increasing product production, and popularizing brands. In 1995, the flute was successfully mass-produced, the output was greatly increased, the manufacture of ANDERS' mass production flute was carried out, and technology was developed with traditional techniques to develop products that cater to different needs. It was well received by professional musicians, teachers, and students.
朱根和弗兰克开始研究品牌，提升技术，增加产品生产，推广品牌。1995年，该长笛成功批量生产，产量大幅度提高，ANDERS公司进行了大批量生产长笛的生产，并利用传统技术开发出满足不同需求的产品。深受专业音乐家、教师和学生的欢迎。
In 2014, Louis fully mastered all the process technologies. Frank decided to retire at the age of 70. He handed over the studio and brand to Louis. After Louis took over, he actively developed the Asian market and hoped to promote the brand all over the world. Therefore, in 2015, he decided to move the business to Hong Kong to expand the ANDERS Asian business while retaining the traditional craftsmanship of the Salzburg studio to continue the craftsmanship of Anders Mooney.
