To promote the experience of the 3^rd wave chocolate movement, PlanetChoco has jointly hosted chocolate and beer pairings and tasting events twice with NBeer Craft Brewing. And now it’s time for another pleasant tasting experience.

As always, a pre-event pairing and tasting test  was recently held before the coming 3^rd round, where freshly hand-made chocolates are matched with freshly brewed and award-winning beer.

When our Integrated Marketing professional team at our consultancy firm ChinaImperative International Ltd. was servicing a Sino-Belgium chocolate brand entering the China market in 2015, we discovered that most consumers need more knowledge about what they “have known” about chocolate.  Previously, people were not familiar with what dark chocolate was, how it should be consumed. They also did not know that chocolate flavored candies could be consumed as a healthier type of confectionary.  Therefore, we have committed to educating consumers and launched PlanetChoco in Seattle, one of the leading cities for artisanal chocolates globally, at the end of 2016.  Later, as a brand under China Imperative International Ltd., PlanetChoco established its operational headquarters in Macau to become the first online platform focusing on the third-wave chocolate culture, education and chocolate lifestyle in China, as well as on strengthening awareness about environmental protection in cacao-growing regions of the world.
