1.If the carrier issues a bill of lading for whichthere are no goods, the carrier is likely to be liable to the holder.

2. In case of quarantine the property may bedischarged at the risk and expense of owners into quarantine depot orelsewhere.

3. Nothing in this section shall limit the right ofthe carrier to require the prepayment or guarantee of the charges.

4. The adjustment of general average is governed bythe rules agreed by the parties to it.

5. The owner or consigner shall pay the freight andaverage and all other lawful charges accruing on said property.

6. The Seller shall not be responsible for the delayof shipment of non-delivery of the goods due to force majeure.

7. The shipment came with fake documentation.

8. The shipper shall hold the carriers harmless fromany expense they may incur.

9. The warehouse claims a lien for all lawful chargesfor storage and preservation of the goods.

10. Where delivery is made by a common carrier bywater the foregoing provisions of this Act shall apply.
