Shan Ji Nei River Trekking Scouting - 杉际内溯溪探路
Shan Ji Nei is an undeveloped subtropic rain forrest located in Ban Ling villiage of Tong an, this time is just a trekking trail scouting before planning to go next time in the future.
"River trekking is a form of hiking or outdoor adventure activity. River trekking is a combination of trekking and climbing and sometimes swimming along the river. Through river trekking, it is possible to access numerous waterfalls, large ponds, pot holes, other special geographical features, as well as special species of animals and plants."
杉际内，是一处同安云顶山未开发的亚热带雨景区，位于厦门同安汀溪镇半岭村，沿着悠悠的山涧一路而上，随处可见宛约的清泉，奇形的岩石，茂密的树林，由林荫，野花，溪流相铺而成的秀丽风光，迷倒了厦门及周边地区的无数驴友，被称为厦门的"九寨沟"。

Transportation: Self-drive, or hiring a car/mini bus, you can also take BRT to Tong an
junction station, then change to Public Bus No 623, get off at Ban Ling Cun stop, still need to walk around 2-3KM to Shan Ji Nei.
Agenda: Leave at 8AM from SM I, it take around 90-120 mins to arrive Shan Ji Nei by bus, back to XM at 5PM.
There is a forest ranger at the entrance of shelter forest, you have to show your ID card to register when you wanna go inside, no any lighers are allowed to bing in to aovid fire disaster.
Waterfalls, large ponds, as well as special species of animals and plants can be found along the trail, bring your swimming suit if you wanna have some fun in the water.
There are some huge rocks and steep hills that you have to use ropes to get over it, better to bring and wear cycling or trekking helmet if you have.
