5月12日，下周六！欢迎到鼓浪屿人民体育一起庆祝第10届鼓浪屿男子橄榄球联赛！16支来自全国各地的男子球队还有2支女子队！有史以来规模最大的一次！
Xiamen Typhoons RFC was established in 2009 and mainly consists of Xiamen based players from over 20 different countries, including a growing number of local Chinese players. We also have a women's rugby team, Xiamen Mazus, established in 2011.
厦门台风橄榄球俱乐部成立于2009年，由几位在厦工作的外籍人士创立。旨在厦门，乃至中国推广橄榄球运动。目前俱乐部拥有球员来自20个几个不同的国家，包括中国。2011年，女子橄榄球队厦门妈祖队成立。
The centerpiece of the Xiamen Typhoon's season is the Xiamen Gulangyu 10s tournment held at the beautiful historical setting of Gulangyu People's Stadium, officially recognized as the earliest documented football pitch in China. Since the inaugural tournament in May 2009 the competition has grown from 4 to 8 to 10 to 12 teams.
厦门台风队的核心赛季是每年5月份在美丽的历史悠久的鼓浪屿人民体育场举办的厦门鼓浪屿十人赛。该赛事首次举办于2009年，如今已从当初的4支参赛球队，发展到至今的12支球队。鼓浪屿橄榄球联赛已成为鼓浪屿及厦门一年一度的盛事，每年为厦门吸引了上千名来自全国各地的外籍球员及观众。亚洲橄榄球频道也曾对该赛事进行跟踪报道，鼓浪屿橄榄球联赛已享誉亚洲。
