与往年一样,今年意大利驻华使馆与在华意大利商界团体共同组织的各项活动也将进一步丰富2023全球意大利美食周的内容与内涵。全球意大利美食周是致力于推广精致的意大利烹饪、地中海饮食以及意大利农业食品和葡萄酒的年度盛会。
In 2023 edition, as in past years, the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World will be further enhanced by the activities organized by the Embassy of Italy to the P.R.C. together with the Italian business community operating in China. The WICW is a yearly event dedicated to the promotion of exquisite Italian cooking, Mediterranean diet and Italian agri-food products and wine.
位于北京、天津和青岛的多家意大利餐厅将在2023年11月13日至19日的意大利美食周期间,为中国朋友们和居住在中国的外国友人准备特别套餐和特色菜肴。
Several Italian restaurants in Beijing, Tianjin and Qingdao will be preparing special menus and typical dishes for Chinese friends and expats residing in China to enjoy throughout the Italian Cuisine week from November 13th-19th, 2023.

The beauty of the Italian language: tell me about the Peninsula (Boiled beef tongue, Peara' sauce, green bagnet, cherry mustard, beef broth). This dish wants to represent, through the "language", the importance of words and communication, to talk about Italian biodiversity, uses, customs and traditions, culture, technology and art, all synonyms of Italian excellence and quality. The dish, in its structure, concentrates a concept of sustainability - well-being to give the diner the opportunity to get to know Italy through culinary expression instead of through a classic trip to Italy which, however, would alienate him from the essence of knowledge.

Assaggi restaurant will present frico Friulano, which is made with some cheese, potatoes, onion, and butter and looks like a large omelet. It also offers beef in oil in which the ingredients used are meat (rump or cappello del prete), anchovies, olive oil, breadcrumbs, garlic and grated grana padano cheese. The succulent beef in oil was often accompanied by polenta.

Pesto is typically made with fresh Basil, roasted Pine Nuts, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Parmigiano and/or Pecorino cheese and mashed garlic. It's a super-flavorful sauce that tastes so good because each ingredient has its own natural fresh flavor.
