一、专辑介绍

柔性电子材料:柔性电子技术是一场全新的电子技术革命,是将有机、无机材料电子器件制作在柔性、可延展性塑料或薄金属基板上的新兴电子技术,在信息、能源、医疗、国防等领域具有广泛应用前景。柔性电子技术除了整合电子电路、功能材料、微纳制造等领域技术外,同时横跨半导体、封装、检测、材料、化工、印刷电路、显示面板等产业,还可以助力传统产业的转型升级,如塑料、印刷、化工、金属材料等产业。
