一、专辑介绍

钙钛矿太阳能电池作为一种半导体异质结结构光电器件,钙钛矿太阳能电池通过钙钛矿光吸收层、电荷传输层等半导体材料组成的异质结结构来有效分离和提取光生电荷,实现由光能向电能的转换。钙钛矿太阳能电池作为一种新型光伏技术,具有成本低、效率高的特点。


本虚拟专辑简介:精选17篇近期发表在Nano-Micro Letters《纳微快报》上的与钙钛矿太阳能电池技术相关的文章,包括4篇综述、13篇研究文章。4篇综述文章分别来自广西大学曾若生课题组、上海交通大学韩礼元教授课题组、南京邮电大学黄维院士团队、电子科技大学郝锋与国家纳米中心丁黎明团队。13篇研究文章来自华东理工大学杨双教授和袁海洋博士、陕西师范大学刘治科刘生忠教授课题组、日本冲绳科学技术大学戚亚冰团队、中国科学院福建物质结构研究所高鹏团队、湖北大学王浩课题组、吉林大学王晓峰课题组、日本金泽大学Md.
