学院概况
东莞理工学院法国国立工艺学院联合学院（DGUT-CNAM Institute, Dongguan University of Technology）是经国家教育部于2017年2月批准设立的东莞市第一家、广东省第六家中外合作办学机构（教育部许可证号：MOE44FRA02DNR20171831N，以下简称联合学院）。联合学院由东莞理工学院与法国国立工艺学院合作创办，以智能制造领域为主要发展方向，是隶属于东莞理工学院的非独立法人办学单位，也是法国国立工艺学院全球教学网络的重要组成部分。
专业设置
联合学院目前开设通信工程、软件工程、机械设计制造及自动化三个专业，紧贴东莞市产业经济转型升级中对“智能制造”领域高素质国际化人才的迫切需求。
通信工程专业简介
采用法国国立工艺学院工程师人才培养模式，培养具有国际视野，有良好科学文化素养、创新能力和合作精神，掌握通信与信息领域基础知识、专业理论和基本技能，能在国际化技术合作与产业推进一线，从事通信设备与系统设计、通信产品和服务开发、网络规划与优化、通信运营维护、通信技术管理与营销、通信工程建设等方面工作，具备“全程全网”知识结构和工程素养的国际复合型技术人才。

中方：东莞理工学院本科毕业证书（“通信工程”专业）+学士学位证书（工学）
法方：法国国立工艺学院学士学位证书
软件工程专业简介
采用法国国立工艺学院工程师人才培养模式，培养具有国际视野，有软件工程项目研发与管理能力，有良好的职业素养、扎实的专业基础和较强的工程实施能力，能在国际化技术合作与产业推进一线，胜任软件开发、软件测试、软件项目管理和软件外包服务等领域专业工作，为软件产业培养具有国际化视野的复合型软件工程技术人才和软件工程管理人才。

法方：法国国立工艺学院学士学位证书
机械设计制造及自动化专业简介
采用法国国立工艺学院工程师人才培养模式，培养具有国际视野，有良好科学文化素养、创新能力和合作精神，掌握机械设计、制造等基本理论、基本知识，具备先进制造技术、机电液一体化控制等专业能力，能在国际化技术合作与产业推进一线，从事现代机械装备的设计与制造、机械制造过程自动化控制等工作，具有创新意识和创业精神的高素质国际复合型技术人才。

中方：东莞理工学院毕业证书（“机械设计制造及其自动化”专业）+东莞理工学院学士学位（工学）
法方：法国国立工艺学院学士学位证书
师资力量
联合学院组建了一支高水平、国际化的教师队伍，由来自法国国立工艺学院的国际师资和来自东莞理工学院经法国国立工艺学院认证的专业教师组成。2/3专业课程、所有专业核心课程均由国际师资教授，法方师资占学院专业课总师资的50%以上。优秀稳定的师资力量，为学院教学提供了强有力的稳定支持。
培养模式
教育部批准联合学院采用“4+0”培养模式：被联合学院录取的学生在中法两所高校同时注册学籍，大学四年均可以在国内学习，完成培养方案的所需学分并通过论文答辩后可获得中法两所高校的学士学位。作为中外合作办学学院，联合学院为学生提供充足的出国交流交换机会，100%的学生均有6-12个月的海外交流学习或实习机会，确保所有学生都有机会亲身体验国外的学习环境（学生本科阶段前往海外交流学习将不需缴纳额外学费）。

联合学院就读学生除可申请东莞理工学院所有类别的奖助学金、助学贷款及其他形式的社会资助外，联合学院还将设立专项奖学金以鼓励优秀学子就读。
报考信息
联合学院招生纳入东莞理工学院统一招生计划，下设三个专业录取批均次为第一批本科批次，招收学生需参加全国高考且成绩达到一本线。
学费：不超过3.5万人民币/年（以广东省物价局最后批复为准）

1University Profile
DGUT-CNAM Institute, Dongguan University of Technology, is a Sino-foreign cooperative educational institution (MOE License No.: MOE44FRA02DNR20171831N, hereinafter referred to as the DGUT-CNAM Institute) approved by the Ministry of Education of People’s Republic of China in February 2017. It is the first such institute in Dongguan City and the sixth in Guangdong Province. Co-founded by Dongguan University of Technology and Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, DGUT-CNAM Institute focuses on the intelligent manufacturing field as its main development direction. It is a non-independent corporate educational institute affiliated to Dongguan University of Technology, and also an important part of the global teaching network of Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (CNAM).
2Specialty Setup
DGUT-CNAM Institute currently has three specialties, i.e. Communication Engineering, Software Engineering, and Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation, which closely meet the pressing requirement for high-quality international talents in the field of "Intelligent manufacturing" for the industrial transformation and upgrade of Dongguan City.
Introduction to Communication Engineering Specialty
The engineer training model of Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers is adopted to cultivate versatile international technical talents, who will have an international perspective, good scientific and cultural knowledge, innovation ability and cooperation spirit. The students will master basic knowledge, professional theories and basic skills in the field of communication and information. They will engage in communication equipment and system design, communication products and service development, network planning and optimization, communication operation and maintenance, communication technology management and marketing, communication engineering construction and other aspects of work in international technical cooperation and industry promotion. Based on a comprehensive knowledge structure, the students will develop into top-class engineers.

Introduction to Software Engineering Specialty
The engineer training model of Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers is adopted to cultivate versatile international software engineering technical and managerial talents for the software industry, who will have an international perspective, software engineering research, development and management capabilities, good professional quality, solid professional foundation and strong project implementation capacity. The students will gain competency in software development, testing, project management, outsourcing services and other professional work in international technical cooperation and industry promotion.

Introduction to Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation Specialty
The engineer training model of Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers is adopted to cultivate high-quality versatile international technical talents, who will have international perspective, good scientific and cultural knowledge, innovation ability and cooperation spirit. The students will master the basic theories and knowledge of mechanical design and manufacturing, and gain knowledge on advanced manufacturing technologies, mechanical and electrical integration control, and other professional competencies. They will engage in the design and manufacture of modern machinery and equipment, machinery manufacturing process automation and control, and other work in international technical cooperation and industry promotion, with a focus on innovation and entrepreneurial spirit.

3Faculty
DGUT-CNAM Institute has established a high-level and international teaching team composed of international teachers from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and professional teachers of Dongguan University of Technology certified by Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers. 2/3rd of the courses are science and technology courses, and all core professional courses are taught by the international faculty. French teachers account for more than 50% of the total teachers for the professional courses. The excellent and stable faculty team provides strong and stable support for teaching at the institute.
4Training Model
"4 + 0" training model approved by the Ministry of Education for DGUT-CNAM Institute: Students enrolled in DGUT-CNAM Institute will be registered as students at both the Chinese and French university, and will study in China for four years. After completing the training program, obtaining the required credits and passing the course, the students will receive a bachelor's degree from both the Chinese and French university. As a Sino-foreign cooperative educational institution, DGUT-CNAM Institute provides students with plenty of opportunities to study abroad as exchange students. All DGUT-CNAM Institute students are eligible for 6-12 months of overseas exchange study or internship opportunities, which ensures that all students have the opportunity to experience an overseas learning environment (Overseas study at Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers in France in the undergraduate stage is separately charged).

Cultivation Characteristics
French elite education model. High faculty-student ratio, small class teaching, lecture + tutorial + experiment + oral examination, a variety of teaching methods to ensure quality of education.
Close university-enterprise cooperation. Enterprise partners are involved in the entire process of the institute planning, talent training and student career planning. The training program of DGUT-CNAM Institute includes "1 month + 3 months + 6 months" three-stage internship, with the aim to cultivate students’ innovation ability, and enhance their competitiveness in the field of application.
International atmosphere of all courses taught in English. Intensive English teaching, French zero basic program. DGUT-CNAM Institute regards language studies as important as professional studies, and strengthens language teaching based on the principle of "English as the tool, French as the feature".

7Scholarship
Students enrolled in DGUT-CNAM Institute can apply for all types of scholarships provided by Dongguan University of Technology, student loans and other forms of social assistance. In addition, DGUT-CNAM Institute will also set up special scholarships to encourage outstanding students in their studies.
8Application Information
DGUT-CNAM Institute student enrollment is included in the unified enrollment plan of Dongguan University of Technology. All three specialties are included in the first batch of key universities. Students wishing to enroll need take the national college entrance examination and achieve an admission score that meets the requirements of the first batch of key undergraduate universities.
Tuition: No more than RMB35,000/year (subject to final approval by the Pricing Department of Guangdong Province)
Admission scale: Enroll 100 students for each specialty; a total of 300 students
