This pet has very funny feet …这只宠物的脚很奇怪……



… and this one likes a lot to eat.……这只宠物很能吃。


This one is loud and wants to play.这只宠物很闹腾贪玩。


I wish this pet would go away!我希望这只宠物能离我远点！


This pet is red.这只宠物是红色的。
This pet is blue.这只宠物是蓝色的。


This pet simply will not do.这只宠物怎么也不合我意。


This pet is pink …这只宠物是粉色的……
... and this one's green.……这只宠物是绿色的。


You cannot tell where this one's been.你无法知道这只宠物去过哪。


Here's a pet with too much hair …这只宠物毛太多……


… and here is one who likes to stare.……这只宠物爱瞪眼。


Too tall, too small, too wild, too wet, 或是太高，或是太矮，或是太野，或是太湿，

I haven't found the right pet yet.我还是没找着我心仪的那只宠物。


But wait! There is one more to see. 等等！这还有一只呢！

I wonder, is this pet for me?我在想，这只宠物是不是我喜欢的呢？


YES! Here, at last, is one I like!是的！终于，我找到了我喜欢的宠物！

I'll take him home and call him Mike.我要把它带回家，我要叫他麦克。
