        8月16日和17日，只有两个晚上，北京餐饮届的两家最具代表性的日式餐厅–美国加州寿司代表“隐泉”，日本烧鸟居酒屋“美醉堂”，将相聚美丽渤海湾，在阿那亚的禅意浓郁的“森海”日本餐厅奉献一场火与串儿的精彩美味演绎。

        在日本，烧鸟是一种即讲究又轻松的大众美食。通常在居酒屋以“下酒菜”形式所呈现。从北京来的“美醉堂”带着现代餐饮的原创、独特与潮流意识，携手隐泉“森海”，愿将异国“夜生活”饮食文化献给渤海最美阿那亚！

In Japan, “yakitori” is literally translated as “grilled chicken on sticks”.
