Amidst layers of mountains, under thick shade from tall trees, with clear streams winding, pavilions and cottages are scattered. "With every toast, melodies of stringed and woodwind instruments blending, spirits warm, and, looking up, verses are composed".... Yaji (traditional literary gatherings) always flourish with poetry, literature, paintings and the beauty of landscapes.

And today, as we, in the name of "Yue (pleasure)," revisit the traditions of Yaji, we aim to reshape the essence of Oriental humanities in this particular time and space. We once again immerse ourselves in the realms of landscape poetry, calligraphy and paintings.

Hundreds of paintings and thousands of garden records are intricately interwoven in this design. We invite you to come for a visit and become a dream weaver in the image gallery, walking, sitting, contemplating, or strolling...

In this design, we attempted to embody the genius loci from local culture perspectives. Thus, the theory of Qi (atmosphere) from Foshan Kungfu was introduced during our design process. We went beyond the boundaries of landscape design and sought a balance in the experiential interaction between users and the atmosphere formed by design. We paid attention to the subtlety on site, navigating the implication in details, so as to craft a delicate sense of Qi. 

We believe that the secluded gardens in Chinese culture tradition are not merely symbols for expressing sentiments in literature and paintings, but can also embody a way of life in contemporary context. Therefore, this design experiments to bring the images and imaginations from Chinese tradition into reality.
