赏味意荟新体验 New Delights at Cielo

来自托斯卡纳、年轻而富有才华的意荟主厨Iacopo,

匠心研发出【应季全新主厨招牌美馔】,

从全球臻选上乘有机食材,将经典与创意赋予佳肴创作,巧心呈上托斯卡纳烤乳酪馅饼、新西兰羊排、

烤北海道章鱼以及甜美诱人的朗姆蛋糕等,

令宾客尽享韵致天成的意式臻味。


2017年12月15日起亮相,以零点菜单供应。



Guest who loves authentic Italian cuisine will appreciate the seasonal new signature delicacies that introduced by Chef Iacopo at Cielo. With the freshest seasonal ingredients, the new menu features amazing delicacies including Zucchini “Cannelloni” with King Crab & Mango Jelly, Risotto Alla Pizzaiola with Tomato & Buffalo Mozzarella D.O.P., Roasted Hokkaido Octopus with Black Olives & Potatoes, Rum Baba with Sponge Cake infused in Rum and more.

A la carte menu is valid from 15 Dec., 2017 onwards.

烤乳酪馅饼火鸡火腿马苏里拉芝士

Calzone, Turkey Ham, Mozzarella



意大利特色烤乳酪馅饼,芝士浓厚、饼皮柔韧,火鸡火腿内陷佐以手工番茄酱,经典美味令人仿佛置身意大利。

Calzone is regarded the Italian dumpling that made with homemade, tender dough from scratch, added with vibrant tomatoes and Mozzarella cheese to offer a special and authentic flavor of Italy.

烤北海道章鱼,黑橄榄,土豆

Roasted Hokkaido Octopus, Black Olives, Potatoes



意大利传统章鱼做法为煮,这道菜创新使用“炭烤”,令章鱼肉增添烟熏香味及柔韧口感。精华为伏特加和龙虾肉调制提味,佐以黑橄榄碎和土豆泥,每一口都令人陶醉。

Instead of traditional boiling, the Octopus has been roasted to bring a special taste. It's sauced with particular powder made of vodka and lobster and pairing with black olive and mashed potatoes.

由托斯卡纳籍主厨Iacopo主理,选用意大利进口专用披萨面粉,手工揉制薄饼,搭配新鲜食材及秘制酱料,现场火炉烘烤,只为在意荟呈上正宗可口的意式披萨。包括玛格丽特、辣猪肉肠、烤乳酪馅饼和比安卡多款意大利披萨可选。

即日起,每天午餐及晚餐时段可订购外带,长期供应。

Led by Head Chef Iacopo from Tuscany, Cielo features authentic Italian pizzas that made with imported Italian wheat flour, fresh organic ingredients and home-made sauces. Select your favorite pizza from Pizza Margherita, Pepperoni, Calzone and Bianca to take away the authentic flavor of Italy with you for a convenient dining experience. Valid for both lunch and dinner time at Cielo from now on for long term.

0~5岁儿童免费;6~12岁儿童¥194元+15%每位。
