深秋的夜晚（外二首）
月色中的秋夜，有些凉了，
我觉察到这一丝丝的凉意
孤独渲染了寂寞——
是偶尔的鸟鸣
在深夜里，从樟树上
传出来又很快平息像没发生过
这些年，养成的习惯，
我与黑夜为伴，我不想
黑尽了的事情，黑过以后
黑夜是我这样人的岛屿
还有些念想使我十分平静
如影随形，而不必茫然
夜歌
夜歌响起，不知与谁歌？
于黑夜行走义无反顾。
这些年，陷的太深了，
什么样的风都没有吹醒我！
还有没有一首歌
触动灵魂的歌，触动我
要写在眉宇间，随我独行，
毫不犹豫这有多么不容易
不由自主沉溺于事物的时候，
像是有一池温水，它暗废了
我多少功夫，愿有一念忏悔
带来内心平静
有很多事情就这样耽搁了，
哪儿会有鸟语花香？
现在，我是什么样的我？
为何忽然想到重拾旧山河
皖河湿地
于皖河湿地， 我看见
鸟儿衔来草叶又飞远，它落在
稍远的树冠上
皖河岸边，花在开
青草漫过来，我低下头
低头成为一只羔羊
隐没于草中，青草在下午奔涌
我在时间之外泅渡……

The Night in Late Autumn (and other two poems)
The autumn night in the moonlight is a little chilly
I’ve sensed the chill
Solitude has sentimentalized loneliness—
It is the occasional chirping of birds
Late at night, from the camphor trees
Drifting out and dying down as if nothing has happened
During these years, I’ve made the habit
Of being with the dark night, and I don’t expect
The things at the end of darkness, or after darkness
Dark night is the island for people like me
And some thoughts offer me real peace in mind
Following me like shadows, keeping me from feeling lost
Songs at Night
Songs at night rise. Whom should I sing with?
I’m walking in the dark of night dauntlessly.
During these years, having been trapped so deep
I’ve never been blown awake by any wind!
Is there still a song
A touching song, that can touch me
To be written in the mien and follow my solitary walking
Without hesitation is not easy by any means
The unconscious indulgence is
Like a pool of lukewarm water, furtively wasting
A great many efforts of me, and I expect my repentance
To bring me inner peace
Since many things have been delayed like this,
how could there be pleasant outcomes?
Now, what kind of man am I?
Why I’m struck by the thought of regaining what I’ve lost
Wetland by Wanhe River
On the wetland by Wanhe River, I see
A bird carrying grass leaves back and flying away, landing on
The tree crown at a distance
By the Wanhe River, flowers are in bloom
Green grass flooding in, I bow my head
And bow to be a lamb
Hiding in the grass, and the green grass is running riot in the afternoon
While I am swimming out of the time…

乔浩，中国当代著名诗人，安徽凤阳人。作品散见于国内外数十种报刊，并入选多种权威选本。部分诗作被译成英语、日语、俄语、意大利语、孟加拉语等。著有诗集《乔浩诗选》《乔浩的诗》《七加一》(中-英-意大利语对照诗选)等。曾获第四届安徽省社会科学文学艺术出版奖、第二届安庆市政府文学奖、孟加拉国2021年萨希托国际文学奖评审团奖得主等奖项。现居安庆。
About the author:
Qiao Hao, a famous contemporary Chinese poet, was born in Fengyang, Anhui Province. His works have been published in dozens of newspapers and magazines, some of which are selected into a host of anthologies and have been translated into foreign languages such as English, Japanese, Russian, Italian and Bengali, etc. He has published poetry collections like Selected Poems of Qiao Hao, The Poems of Qiao Hao, and Seven Plus One (Chinese-English-Italian). He has won the publishing prize at the 4th Anhui Provincial Social Sciences and Literature, literature prize at the 2nd Anqing Municipal Government, and Jury Prize for Bangladesh Sahitto International Award for Literature 2021, etc.

马婷婷,毕业于山东师范大学，外国语言学及应用语言学硕士,山东女子学院外国语学院英语专业教师,《国际诗歌翻译》期刊客座总编，长期为“国际诗刊”和“中国诗人”专栏译稿。译著有《英译增广贤文》《阿J之歌》《残忍月光》《尼采洞穴中的黏土碑》《孤云》《爱在岁岁轮回》等，译诗散见于各类国际刊物。

Ma Tingting, graduated from Shandong Normal University with a master’s degree in Foreign Linguistics and Applied Linguistics, an English teacher at the School of Foreign Languages in Shandong Women’s University, the guest editor of Rendition of International Poetry and the regular translator for the columns of “international poetry” and “poets in China”. She has published her translation works Aphorisms from the Ancient Chinese, The Songs of Ah-J, Cruel Moon, Clay Tablets in Nietzsche’s Cave, Lonely Cloud, and Love in the Cycles of Years. And her translated poems can be found in many international publications.
