Xi'an Highlight Day Tour
This morning, the local English-speaking guide and driver will meet you at the hotel lobby. After one hour drive from the city center, you will arrive at the Terracotta Warriors Museum.
Discovered accidentally in 1974, the repairs and excavations still continue in the three pits, where one will marvel at more than 7,000 life-sized sculptures of the ancient army, including both gray-haired veterans and young soldiers, with multiple poses and individualized facial features.
There is also a circular-screen short film introducing its historical background and how it was discovered.
Optional:If you are interested in making a replica small terracotta soldier, we'd like to arrange that for you. Around 1h making, costing RMB 90/pax.
After lunch, visit another landmark of Xi'an - the Great Wild Goose Pagoda. At around 65 meters tall, the pagoda was built in 652 (in Tang Dynasty) to store Buddhist scriptures brought back by Xuanzang from India. Have a relaxing time there.
After that, head to Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City, which is next to the Great Wild Goose Pagoda. It is like a time travel when you walk among many Tang Dynasty-style architectures.
In the evening, your guide will take you to one of Xi'an's most famous restaurants for a sumptuous dinner, including Calabash Chicken, Hele Made of Buckwheat Flour, Small Hard Flour Pancake with chili, etc.
If you would like to try a Tang suit, we can arrange a unique experience for you. (Costs 100 RMB)

Xi'an History & Food Tour - Xi'an Departure
Today we will head to the Small Wild Goose Pagoda, located on the central axis of the Jianfu Temple in south Xi'an.
As a national AAAA scenic spot and a world heritage site, the Buddhist pagoda survives from the Tang Dynasty (618-907). Inside the attraction, you will have a chance to visit Xian Museum which shows you more about this historical city.
Go to Xi'an Ancient City Wall, and be introduced to the most complete and oldest city defenses with ancient walls, ramparts, gates, watchtowers, and horse passages.
You can walk on the massive wall (tall, long, and thick), or rent a bicycle (optional, rent the bike at your own expense) to get some good views of the city and the surrounding moat.
Note: We will leave the city area for the airport at about 2 p.m. You're suggested to book a flight around 5-6 pm to avoid long waits at the airport.
