Chris is an entrepreneur specializing in international business development and marketing. He is partners in Build (www.buildshanghai.com), a Shanghai based boutique commercial property development and real estate advisory company. Build specializes in acquiring long term leases on rundown buildings mainly in JingAn and renovating them into design driven work-spaces as well as F&B/retail outlets and gyms etc.

Chris has also been involved in real estate in New York and The Caribbean and previously ran his own TV production company in Malaysia.
