Shanghai Express Services Restart! Expect Your Parcels at Home!

Good news for Shanghai residents: you may soon be able to get your parcels! 

To meet surging public demand for supplies, urgently-required medicines and daily necessities, Shanghai postal authority has issued a 'white list' of postal and express firms which can resume service.

The whitelist includes 21 companies:

China Post

EMS

 SF Express

YTO Express

ZTO Freight

STO Express

Yunda Express

J&T Express

UC Express

Suning Logistics

Cainiao

Winshine Logistics

Diyi Box

DHL Air Freight

DHL Express

UPS

UPS Parcel Delivery Guangdong Co Shanghai Branch

FedEx

OCS

OCS Shanghai Branch

JD Logistics

The branches and outlets of these firms would first get approval from related departments in places where they are located before registering with postal administration authorities to resume work and production.

The city government is seeking to further optimize the prevention measures while avoiding "simplistic sweeping measures," according to the Shanghai Health Commission.
