Fall Sensory Bin 秋季感知箱

We love sensory activities in our home. And I’ve talked about the importance of sensory play for children of all ages before.

Today’sactivity is really simple to set up and doesn’t need you do buy a truck load of supplies.

For our little fall themed sensory bin (or in our case I used a box), I’ve just gathered items in fall colors, red, orange and yellow. Not all items are necessary fall related but their color is.

This activity is great for all ages because you can change the way you play with the sensory bin.

今天的活动是非常简单，不需要你准备太多或买一大堆东西。

我们的小秋季感知箱子只放了家里已经有的东西。我选的全部秋天的颜色，红色、橙色、黄色。有的东西不一天是秋天的，但是它们的颜色属于秋天的。

这个活动所有年龄的孩子都能玩，因为感知箱子的玩法有很多。

Smaller infants:

For the very little ones make sure to use items that are big and safe to chew on.

A six months old baby will want to explore the sensory box with hands but mostly with their mouth. So safety first.

While they explore you can talk about color, shape and texture.

小婴儿：

你给小宝宝准备东西的时候一定要注意安全。这个年龄宝宝最爱用最探索他的世界，所以选择感知箱子的内容的时候要注意东西大小，不要选择太小了，也不能选择有毒的。宝宝探索箱子里的东西时你可以在旁边说说东西的颜色、形状什么的。

Older toddler or pre-schooler:

After your child has left the chewing phase behind, you can choose other objects (but again any sensory bin activity should always be done under adult supervision).Older toddlers love to explore items of different sizes and shapes. If you add blocks they can use them to practice stacking them on top of each other.

幼儿和大孩子：

如果你的宝宝已经不把东西放嘴里你就可以开始选择更丰富的内容（但是不管怎么样从来不要离开宝宝的身边）。年龄大点的宝宝也很喜欢探索各种各样的形状和大小。你也可以把小积木放进去，给宝宝更多玩的方法。

I have added three felt squares in red, orange and yellow, to introduce my toddler to color sorting. She will sort all items according to color. You can also sort by shape.

For older preschoolers you can add all bit of counting activity in there as well.

The ways to play are endless. You can introduce and guide in the beginning, but hopefully after the initial introduction stage, you’ll get a few minutes to yourself, drink a cup of coffee (or tea) and just watch your toddler explore.

为了培养颜色认知，我还加了三块布，红色、橙色、黄色。我让宝宝把箱子里的东西安装三个颜色分别好。你也可以安装形状分别。

已经上学的朋友也可以学点数学。比如让他们数一数所有圆的东西，或所有的红色的树叶。

感知箱子的玩法是无数的。看你准备什么内容，怎么给宝宝介绍。但是我们当妈妈都希望宝宝自己独立玩一段时间，给你机会在旁边喝杯咖啡（或茶），让宝宝自己探索探索。
