Homemade Sand Play Dough 自制沙子橡皮泥

Summer time means beach time. Why not bring the beach back home? Let you little one discover this new play dough.

It turned out soft and squishy but with lots of grit and weight to it, and it resembles beach sand just perfectly!

夏天就是去沙滩玩的时候。为什么不把沙滩带回家呢？让宝宝探索自制的沙子橡皮泥。

做起来很简单，很软但是也有沙子的手感，就是像沙滩一样！

Ingredients 需要的材料：

1 cup flour

1 cup sand

2 tsp cream of tartar

1/2 cup salt

1 tbsp cooking oil

1 cup water 

1杯面粉

1杯沙子

2勺塔塔粉

1/2杯盐

1勺油

1杯水

Instructions 做法：

1. In a large bowl combine all of your dry ingredients (flour, sand, salt, cream of tartar) and mix well.

在大的碗把所有的干材料搅拌好（面粉、盐、沙子、塔塔粉）。

2. Add water with oil in a large pot. Mix well.

把水和油倒入大锅，搅拌好。

3. Add your dry ingredients to the pot and mix well.

把刚搅拌好的干材料也倒进大锅。

4. Cook over low medium heat until the dough starts to form and becomes dry.

在中火煮一段时间，一直搅拌到开始变干变成面团。

5. Once it starts to form a ball and looks fully cooked take it off the heat. Let the dough cool first before touching.

开始变成小面团可以把火关了，把面团拿出来，但是先等凉了才进行下一步。

6. Knead it on a floured surface until it’s soft.

在撒面粉的地方把面团擀好。

If you keep it in an airtight container after each play it will last longer.

如果每次玩以后把它放密封合作里面可以保留更久。
