排骨汤别再放玉米了,加点它比人参都养人!

莲藕排骨汤

功效  莲藕本身就具有养阴生津、润肺止咳、健脾益气的功效;而与排骨一起煲汤能补心养血、生肌止泻、强壮筋骨之效,凡贫血、心慌失眠者皆可食用。

1、排骨洗净,切块,并用料酒腌制10分钟;
