Positive Discipline workshops are facilitated using experiential activities.  Participants will be active, engaged andlearning together about what children are learning as a result of the disciplinethat parents practice.  PositiveDiscipline skills and tools improve participant’s relationships with theirchildren, their family and with themselves!

In this two day workshop, participants will:

正面管教家长工作坊上啥（PPD）

它面向所有希望与孩子建立长期、亲密、相互尊重关系的家长。

Parenting with Positive Discipline (PD) Workshop is for all parents who want to invest in a strong, connected, and mutually respectful relationship with their kids for the long term.

它由正面管教讲师带导，家长在课堂上将会学到：不以权力斗争的方式，帮助孩子学会自控和自律。

It is taught by Certified Positive Discipline Parent Educators. Parents will learn to avoid power struggles while helping their children to learn self-control and self-discipline.

它助你成为更好的父母，它帮助你的家庭建立相互尊重与合作的惯例。你将获得一系列具体切实的方法和工具，他们更容易执行、也更有效。

It will help you show up as the parent you want to be, and create a home where respectful cooperation is the norm. You’ll get tangible, practical tips and tools that are easy to implement and work right away.

正面管教理念的优势（PD）

它适用于学校和家庭的教育方法，它注重行为的积极影响。它的理念是：没有不好的孩子，只有好与不好的行为。

Positive Discipline is a discipline model used by schools, and in parenting, that focuses on the positive points of behaviour, based on the idea that there are no bad children, just good and bad behaviors. 

我们可以通过教授和强化良好的行为来杜绝不良行为，同时，不给予言语和身体伤害。使用正面管教不是回避问题，而是直面问题，平和地、友善地、尊重地帮助孩子更妥善地解决问题。

You can teach and reinforce the good behaviors while weaning the bad behaviors without hurting the child verbally or physically. People engaging in positive discipline are not ignoring problems. Rather, they are actively involved in helping their child learn how to handle situations more appropriately while remaining calm, friendly and respectful to the children themselves. 

正面管教包含了一系列工具，能够让家长更有效地培养孩子地行为，让老师更好地管理学生。

Positive discipline includes a number of different techniques that, used in combination, can lead to a more effective way for parents to manage their kids behaviour, or for teachers to manage groups of students.

学习目标：帮助家长成为养育自己孩子的专家。学习建立和善而坚定、平等而尊重的养育态度，在育儿道路上获得更多的信心和勇气，从而帮助孩子培养自律、自信、合作、解决问题等使其受益终身的社会技能和良好品质。

We aim to help parent to be a better parent. We help you to learn to develop mutrually respectful relationship with your child wihile being kind and firm.  We encourge you to be a more courageous and confident parent, and help your child to learn to be self-discipline, confident, cooporative and problem solving etc. which are important social skills and good characteristics.
