The Bull and Claw作为骆驼餐饮集团旗下，一家专注于做龙虾和牛排的餐厅酒吧。坐落在法租界闹中取静的汾阳路上，是一整栋淡黄色的三层浪漫洋房，有着绿荫环绕的露天庭院，和情怀如故的建筑风格。

ETON MESS consists of a mixture of strawberries, pieces of meringue, and cream. The reason it’s called Eton Mess, is because it’s traditionally served at Eton College’s annual cricket game against the pupils of Harrow School. Exactly why it’s called a mess noone knows for sure, but you can kind of guess that it’s because it does look like a mess in the glass. Everything is just placed randomly in the glass. This is a dish with long traditions as well, it’s been known by this name since the 19th century!

ETON MESS是从19世纪的英国开始流行起来的一道甜品，起源于著名学府伊顿公学（Eton College），也是每年英国伊顿公学和哈罗公学板球比赛的专供甜点。这道甜点的来历，据说是因为一条狗打翻了一道普通的酥皮点心，厨师为了挽救这道点心而添加了草莓和冰淇淋，偶然间制成了这道美味的ETON MESS。这道英式传统甜品起初由草莓和冰淇淋制成，冰淇淋的清爽口感配上草莓的酸甜，让这道甜品多年来都受到英国人的喜爱，还曾登上过王子大婚时的婚宴餐桌。
