圣基茨将投资选项转换的费用提高至25,000美元

圣基茨和尼维斯总理Timothy Harris近日在发给代理人的一封通知中表示，他计划对该国投资入籍计划项目下地产投资选项和捐赠选项相互转换的规定进行修正。

转换的费用从今往后将会是25,000美元，以前是10,000美元。

此举出台以前的数周时间里，外界一直在热炒代理人在获得原则性批复后不征得申请人的同意就转换投资选项。

 STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS 

No.27 of 2018 

Saint Christopher and Nevis Citizenship by Investment (Amendment) (No. a) Regulations, 2018 

In exercise ofthe powers conferred on him by section l5 ofthe Saint Christopher and Nevis Citizenship Act, Cap. 1.05, the Minister makes the following Regulations:

1 . CITATION. 

These Regulations may be cited as the Saint Christopher and Nevis Citizenship by Investment (Amendment) (No. a) Regulations, 2018. 

2. INTERPRETATION. 

ln these Reguiations 

"principal Regulations" mean the Saint Christopher and Nevis Citizenship by Investment Regulations, No. 52 of 2011. 

3. Amendrnent of First Schedule. 

The First Schedule is amended in paragraph 1 (4) (f), for the switch fee for applicants authorised to change from one investment option to another, by replacing the fee of "US$10,000.00" with the fee of "US$25,000.00".
