IQ weight control对环境的智能补偿有助于避免由于原料中的偏差而产生过度注入或不完全填充的部件。每个循环中的空腔都会被完美填充，因此生产出的部件都有着恒定的注射量。

逐个调整生产条件切换点和保持压力，能够显着提高注射过程的重复性。该过程完全自动，不需要操作人员的任何操作。
