喜报 | 昆明美华璟月湾获2021年度「华栖奖·地产空间设计大奖」

3月17日，华栖奖·地产空间设计大奖产业论坛与颁奖活动，于中国·深圳宝安国际会展中心落地呈现。华栖奖，由深圳市软装行业协会、稀美文化、深圳时尚家居设计周等单位发起推动，并得到深圳技术大学创意设计学院、相关部门与领导以及众多地产开发与设计关联行业协会的支持。华栖奖，聚焦项目的设计表彰与推广，用设计的传播引领地产项目以及关联合作单位的推广。经过学术委二十多位中外专家导师的参与评选，华栖奖2021获奖名单现场揭榜，并对获奖单位进行热烈的荣誉颁奖。

深圳市软装行业协会，于2013年由数十家大型装饰企业与设计公司联合发起成立，成为全深圳装饰产业唯一以市场策略、上游开发商与甲方资源整合、设计师品牌服务、高端楼盘资源发掘、需求对接协作等作为重心的行业平台，实现装饰行业的资源链接与共享，发挥协会的行业作用。

--传承小物，延续大梦

过去的家是院子里的篱笆，鼻尖上的稻香，记忆里的宁静。现在的家不再是记忆中的家，它变得年轻、智能、高端。但父母用过的的老物件会在新的建筑和设计里承载下一代的成长和故事。

The past home is the fence in the yard, the fragrance of rice on the tip of the nose, the tranquility in the memory. Now home is no longer the home in memory, it has become young, intelligent and high-end. But the old objects used by parents will carry the growth and story of the next generation in the new architecture and design.

LIVING ROOM客厅

客餐厅连成一个整体，拉伸视觉效果的同时，开阔的空间和大面积的壁灯灯光给人一种生活的感觉，让人的疲惫一扫而光。作为一个聚集的地方，客餐厅在墙上加入了光源，线条感十足，不仅照亮了整个空间，也照亮了旅行者回家的喜悦。中央的火将整个空间的温度调节到最高。温暖的家是最幸福的港湾。

The dining room is connected as a whole, stretching the visual effect at the same time, the open space and large area of wall lamp light give people a sense of life, let people's fatigue swept away. As a gathering place, the guest restaurant adds light source to the wall with full sense of line, which not only lights up the whole space, but also lights up the joy of a traveler returning home. The fire in the center adjusts the warmth of the whole space to the highest. A warm home is the happiest harbor.

火苗冉冉升起，在燃烧中温暖，被家人的温暖包围。

静静地在茶几上扔下几本读过的旧书，写下笔记，或是曾经的老人小心翼翼地收集过的旧报纸。

家，更像是一个收藏室，把回忆放进去，把艺术放进家里，把美带进生活。

DINING ROOM

餐厅

清晨，丰富的精神世界和美味的食物指引我们开始新的一天。

晚上，带上食物和家人聚餐，幸福就这么简单。

餐厅与客厅相连通，设计简约的顶灯将光线散发出来，赋予原本静态的餐桌灵活的生命力。将整个餐厅分解为透明度、流动性、空间纵深的世界。轻松地打破屏障，让家庭氛围浓厚，人们能够在用餐中充满欢乐和喜悦。

The dining room is connected with the living room, and the simple design of the ceiling lamp emits light, giving the original static dining table flexible vitality. Decompose the whole restaurant into a world of transparency, mobility and deep space. Break the barrier easily, let the family atmosphere strong, people can be full of joy and joy in the meal.

奇妙的是餐桌上的小装饰品瞬间升华了整个风格。在简单的插花艺术中品味生活，一枝独秀，挑动的是灵感也或是希望。

KITCHEN

老人房

老人房和儿童房区别甚大。高级灰色的质感略显冷艳，但也更显宁静清爽。在营造简约的氛围的同时，用布艺窗帘和木质背景呈现出一个安静内敛的舒适房间空间。它体现了审美与情趣。为老人提供了一个舒爽的休息环境，获得一个安静的睡眠空间。

床头的墙上是老人们荣获的奖状和照片。在这个小小的方寸中，它们是一代人的记忆。

There is a big difference between the old people's room and the children's room. Advanced gray texture slightly cool, but also more quiet and refreshing. While creating a simple atmosphere, it presents a quiet and introverted comfortable room with cloth curtains and wooden background. It embodies the aesthetic and interest.
