Trainee
We invest heavily in providing support and training to our “Fo-Star”s. Through job rotations at Fosun Group and its subsidiaries as well as our worldwide portfolio companies, the participants will benefit from a broad variety of training and development modules in the first year- ranging from training in financial modelling/valuation, military training camp to more advanced on leadership and team management as you progress further. Our Fo-Star members will have the opportunity participate in different types of investment projects on a global basis and work directly with our the group board members and our global partners.
Desired experience and characteristics
1) 2017 Bachelor/Master/MBA graduate.
2) Well-organized self-starter who can manage a range of competing priorities and projects.
3) Strong capability in working in a small team.
4) Well-connected to the investor and regulator community.
5) Strong judgment, critical thinking and written skills; ability to articulate and present ideas effectively both verbally and in written form.
6) Excellent leadership, management and interpersonal skills.
7) Ability to engage and exert influence to the division’s stakeholders both internal and external.
8) Complete fluency in English. Fluency in Mandarin and other languages (eg. Hebrew, Portuguese, Japanese etc.) would be a plus.
9) Open-minded global citizens that can work effectively across different cultures and geographies
Key responsibilities：
Assisting in originating and analyzing investment opportunities throughout the investment process:
1) Monitoring the trend on a global scale, collecting economic and marketing data and relevant third-party report, establishing investment framework.
2)Investigating both private and public sectors companies; support the team in completing and submitting the investment proposals.
3)Ensuring quality and content of materials (financial models, valuation analysis, due diligence, investment memorandums etc.).
4)Assisting Managing Directors and Project Leaders in negotiations and transaction documentation process.
5)Developing and presenting internal memoranda and investment presentations.
6)Other responsibilities assigned by the project team and senior management.
