★Position Information and responsibilities

l Full-time English teachers for students aged 3-8

l 15 office hours+ 25 teaching hours per week, 90 minutes/class

l 5 working days+2 days off

l Class size: 12

l Teaching materials and curriculum provided

l The duties to be performed by the Employee include:

l 1.Teaching English classes following ABIE’s teaching philosophies and methodology.

l 2.Lesson planning and preparation - at least 20 minutes before class.

l 3.Supervising tests, including placement, unit, midterm and final tests.

l 4.Assisting with administration

l Counseling students

l Proactively participating in the school’s social program including Extra Curricular Activities (ECA’s).

l Actively participating in Employee training programs and workshops organized by the school.

l Participating at promotional and marketing activities organized by the school.

l Attending all scheduled meetings where the teachers’ presence is required unless those meetings occur during the Employee’s holiday or the Employee’s day off.

l Other tasks assigned by the Education Department and Center Director within his/her working hours.

★Qualifications and Requirements

l English speakers from USA/UK/Canada/AUS/New Zealand/South African, aged 20-40

l Bachelor’s degree or above got in the above countries

l 1 year or above Kid’s English teaching experience preferred;

l Legalized 120-hour TEFL / TESOL / CELTA and other teaching qualification certificates

l Foreign Education and Degree Recognition Certificate

l Reference letter+ Legalized Certification of No Criminal Record + PER Health certificate

★Salary and Benefits

l Monthly Salary: RMB 15,000-18,000, negotiable paid on 10th /month

l Free apartment / housing allowance: RMB2,000/mon

l Overwork allowance: negotiable

l Airfare Reimbursement for one-year contract: 6000 RMB/year
